The staff was so friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean to perfection.
Thunderstruck rocked the house. Afterward they came out for meet and greet. Very friendly.
Sky PAC is great place to go!

Beautiful place. Clean and kind employees. Yet employees should not tell if Theresa Cupto would be coming to ever plate form cause she did not. So if u didn’t have any other spot but bottom front ur out luck. Get there early not much parking for handicapped ppl. If your getting alcohol drinks that be around $30 bucks for two sm drinks. $4 bucks for coke not sure on popcorn nor few other things.
They had ppl cleaning bathrooms as the event just started kindly odd. Well stocked and clean though.

We saw I Love the 90’s last night. When I purchased our tickets I was told they were VIP which meant we got some Merchandise and early access. I called to confirm our tickets and was told yet again that they were and would receive an email a few days before with information about it. We bought 8 tickets, needless to say when we picked them up they said they were not VIP but we could upgrade for an additional fee. We explained everything but was more or less told that they were sorry and didn’t know why we were told that.
They billed the artist ad Color Me Badd, but when they came out which they were almost 30 minutes late. It was only the lead singer, there were 3 other performers with them but it wasn’t the original group. Not a very good performance. The Tone Loc came out and by far was the best performance of the night hands down. Then Kid n Play came out they did only 4 songs and talked a lot didn’t do one of the only songs people wanted to hear. Then abruptly said good night and left the stage. So we along with a lot of other’s were very disappointed with the whole show except for Tone.
Al in all very disappointed with how things were handled. Maybe make sure next time when they bill the venue it is what it’s supposed to be and not be falsely advertised.

I had an issue with tickets I purchased to my daughter’s dance recital. I called and spoke with a lady, didn’t get her name, but she was so kind and patient; transferred my tickets to better and available seats, no issue. Wonderful customer service. Thank you for your kindness and patience.

My first impressions of Skypac were not impressive. The people pushing the alcohol bands outside and the ones locking up phones just inside the door do not make a good first encounter. They are pushy, aggressive and rude. We debated even continuing on with the show based on this. Thankfully, the night got better
The security, the bar staff and the people guiding patrons to their seats are very professional and kind. The building is beautiful and very clean.
I was not impressed with the amount of people wandering around during the show carrying large amounts of alcohol and disrupting others. I also was not impressed by the amount of talking within the crowd. Both issues were addressed by comedians on the stage but no workers inside. I know concession sales are what drives in the money but it’s very disruptive (and this is an issue at all venues.)
Overall, Skypac is okay but is very clearly not up to par with larger venues. We won’t be in a hurry to return but will consider other shows in the future…maybe.

First time visiting here tonight...I thought the place was wonderful at first but the people working here are incredibly rude... it will be my last time coming here. I have been to several of Jeremy Camp's concerts and never has he once ever requested no videography from his fans...he has even re-shared my Instagram stories before. However, this old, rude lady decided to go around ruining everyone's nights by interrupting them listening to the word of God and asking them to stop taking videos. She was not nice about it either. She was beyond rude. They never announced anything about not taking videos and the only thing said on the site was flash was not allowed, which no one was using (that's standard). Tickets to this place are not cheap and I had a 2 hr drive both ways to come here tonight. I needed the word of God tonight as I am going through something very hard in my life and this completely ruined my night. I could not even enjoy the show after this. This lady went around and humiliated so many people that people were leaving long before the show even ended. The girl sitting next to me couldn't believe what she did/said either, she was appalled and kept videotaping the show anyway. It was just so sad for Jeremy Camp. He puts on a great show but so many people's nights were ruined to the point they didn't even want to stay for it...
Needless to say, I will NOT be coming back here again... won't be wasting my money to be humiliated by their staff again. Especially for doing NOTHING wrong. I was excited to see Casting Crowns when they come too but I will wait until they go to a venue where patrons are treated with respect. I hope this lady finds God, and a new job where being rude is appropriate.

Buy tickets for the seats you want in advance only to get stuck with the crazy seats they give you. They call it an upgrade that you have no choice in the matter.
