Bit of a malfunction at the wash. Machine was not calibrated correctly and it hit the back of my car. Then the whole thing shut down. Was told to go around and then only got a partial was and the driver didn’t work. No refund offered. Not the best.

I don't know why it is so hard for car was owners to make sure everything works. Went here on a Wednesday morning, and the pre-soak didn't work, and then the spot free rinse didn't work either. I get it. If your equipment breaks or if you run out of product, but at the very least, you should put a sign up that says Xyz doesn't work. Will not be returning to this car wash. Edit** I thought I would return here and give it another try since the owner commented and said they were working on it. STILL no foam and no spot free rinse. I would give zero stars if I could

They only take credit cards. The coin slots are covered and unusable. The water pressure is good and the amount of soap is good too. Be careful of the thick blue soap on the foaming brush. It was thick and I got some on my hands. It turned my hands a light blue. The air dryer wasn't strong enough to get the water off my car so I hand dried it. The facility is clean and maintained at a reasonable price.

If i could give a zero i would, came out of wash still had bugs n dirt all over vehicle. The guy drying tried to get off, but no luck...i asked the jerk of an attendant before i ever paid for the wash, if they would rerun if didnt get clean, his answer yea as long as you pay for it. Will never go back. Worse customer service ever. Also, had to move vehicle 3 parking spots for vaccuum because 2 out of 3 had no suction qhat so ever.

Sundays they close at 6:00pm the guy just turned off the vacuums at 4:55pm while 2 cars were in middle of vacuuming. Basically said they close at 5:00pm so I asked why the vacuum turned off at 4:55 he looked at his watch and said well they shut off automatically a few minutes before.
Zero customer service and definitely don’t deserve to be in business. I guess he had to be somewhere else and giving customers 5 minutes to finish vacuuming was out of the question.

I like that they wipe down your vehicle after the machine washes your car. Helps get remaining crud off. Only thing I don't like is the machine doesn't recognize my code when scanned. Have received a different bar code and still doesn't open the gate.

Workers seemed bothered by my wash. Worker wouldn't even tell me how far to move forward and set my vehicle in neutral. Proceeded with my ride the rapid wash and come out to nobody at front to wipe my vehicle off. I proceeded to wait and know one come out so I proceeded to get out my vehicle and reset my mirrors myself. Really left a bad experience on a otherwise amazing wash.

I use Soap My Ride often but the touchless is terrible . Went thru there twice and when i got home both sides of my car were still dirty and not only the lower panels. I use the touchless for the obvious reason. Not here to bash the business, i use them almost on a weekly basis and this hppns often where nothing gets washed on the botton half of the doors. I keep my car very clean and washed almost every single week so i do not understand why the touchless is not able to do a better job washing.

I've been using this monthly service for about a year & a half. Always great service with an occassional section on a wash that doesn't get cleaned. Overall great value and service.

Second time using wash. My truck was still dirty when I got home. Had to get a bucket out and finish the job. Also pay station wouldnt give me a receipt.

Went here the other day, very respectful staff. Was helped with the vacuums Wednesday from Taylor. I would highly recommend coming here, very clean
