My roommate's car battery died, and the worker let us borrow a car battery and jumper cables to jump her car so we could get it to the shop! We were able to jump it and bring it over, and it was changed immediately. I highly recommend Shipley's, very personable and didn't feel like a chain where they don't care about the individual people they help.
