I love this store. The people are extra friendly and help me out a lot. I'm semi disabled using a cane or walker and they always help out. Brian in the deli has been a very sweet guy. The only problem I've had in this store is the livers are cooked too long. I haven't been there since it got cold. But my friend picks up things for me. She also said everybody is kind to her. I want to give thanks to all who work here

This store has never been my favorite but it’s convenient so I usually don’t mind going in. Recently there has been a change of employees, that was not for the better. Christi came from another store to this one and I wish she had not. She is always in a bad mood and is not a pleasant person AT ALL. I was not a fan of her at the bypass store which is the reason I stopped going there. They also have a new guy who works evenings, he not as bad as Christi but someone needs to teach him customer service skills, I watched him argue with a customer over a discrepancy one evening, even after the customer stopped talking and asked for another person to help he just kept going. I finally said something and walked out and went to another store. I understand working in the customer service industry is hard and customers aren’t always nice but it’s ridiculous to have to deal with people who treat their customers bad because they are having a bad day or the just don’t know how to fix something. I would tell management but honestly, sometimes they are no better. The service here just keeps getting worse and the prices higher.

Fast & Friendly service, store is always clean, even the restroom. Chester's Chicken is better than KFC hands down!
