I was in here looking to spend a gift card while having a *really* emotionally tough day and was treated with empathy by the staff, especially Sember. She even helped me find my new favorite lip gloss! (Apologies if I misspelled her name.)

Terrible customer service. I went in and walked around for like 10 minutes trying to foundation match myself without being greeted (I was the only one in the store). Finally went up to one of the workers for help and she was really unhelpful and didn’t seem like she gave af. So I browsed some more and went to the 2nd worker and she was also unhelpful. I’m sticking with Ulta in the future.

I was in the store yesterday evening and saw a dark haired employee screaming at another employee. Causing the other employee to walk out in tears. This woman was unbelievably rude and highly unprofessional. I hope to never run into that employee. Watch out for her in there!

Really nice new store inside Kohl’s in Bowling Green. I spent a lot of time wandering around looking at products…too bad the girls working there paid now attention to me. I had planned on buying a lot of of products, but will go to the mall in the future where I know I will get good customer service. Customer service here was non existent.

Excellent customer service. I love the convenience of having the quality make up, skin care and perfumes located within Kohls. It saves me an extra trip to the mall and you can use your Kohls card for purchases.

I buy stuff here all the time (location bowling green, ky) and I just received the worst customer service ever from anywhere. The store had jeans advertised as $34.99 and buy one get one half off. I bought them, looked at my receipt and not what y’all advertised. So I went back in and was told by the cashier “ohh yeah you’ll have to have that fixed at the customer service desk. They’ll fix that for you”. NO THEY DIDN’T. The customer service associate called the manager and said oh ok go ahead and change it, I’ll change the advertisement up front. Well they didn’t change my price. Still wanted me to pay $40 then half off. Yeah I know it’s a $5 difference, but it’s still false advertising. I told them no the sign says $34.99. Manager came back and said “do you want me to walk you up there and show you the sign?” Umm no since I heard from your associate said that you already changed it. Needless to say I was treated like dirt. I was told basically I’m a liar by the manager and that I misread my information. If I misread the information why did the manager changed the sign??? That was FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!

Everyone knows Kohl's overpriced items are to compensate for the ongoing sales. I have typically overlooked that, however, the most recent trip to Kohl's in Bowling Green, Kentucky, was a disaster. Clothing on shelves were unfolded and unorganized, and there were piles of clothing with hangars piled on the floor. Not sure who would do such a thing...maybe a disgruntled ex employee. Not a good shopping experience.

I love the stores products and the sales are great but the staff working at this location are the most indifferent I have ever seen. No one asks if you need help no one smiles. I only go for the items which are great.
