“We took over a storage unit from another Attorney's Office for a personal injury claim. We have experts coming this Friday to inspect the evidence in the unit. Monday, I realized we do not possess a key for the unit. I reached out to Rebecca and she has made this process stress free. She responded in a timely manner to ALL my emails and she went above and beyond her duties to make sure we could get into the unit before Friday.”
