Almost forced to use self checkout because they only have 3 cashiers on a Saturday then act like you are stealing because you mis scanned 1 item. If I was going to steal anything it wouldn’t be my $10 eggs, it would be the $60 in meat I bought it the other $170 in merchandise. Never have been a fan of Walmart or any of their companies this is just closer to me than a Costco, but customer service here is terrible compared to Costco.

After several pickup attempts, the process consistently takes over 30 minutes, which is longer than it would take to go into the store and back out. I do not recommend this service.

In tire shop getting balanced and rotation when auto come out lights on in dash told thier is nothing they can do,when truck went in no lights . I received call from Sam's manager today she was very professional and nice explained what happen she said if caused by tire shop sams would cover, can't ask for no more than that .

My experience at Sam's would be a lot better off if you kept items in stock. Also, stop moving things around. You do it to make people shop around. I don't shop, I have a list. If I can't find it, I leave.

I was in tear on my way out today because one of the employees I believe manager was the nicest woman I have met in a very long time I was definitely having a day and had my 4 boys with me today and was trying to keep it together but they were doing the most today and out of the kindness of her heart she brought my boys slushes to help calm them and I can not tell you in words how much it meant to me that someone could be so kind!!! So thank you so much!!! And I hope god blesses you with the same kindness you deserve a raise for sure!!!!!!!!

Not a single car being worked on, mechanics all standing around, but I can't get 4 tires mounted and balanced?
Driving from Cleveland to San Antonio and I want to replace my tires. Not one car being worked on. I had something to eat inside, come out, still no cars being worked on. What a joke. Thanks for the terrible customer service

A lady at customer service moved our cart to electronics because I "didn't actually have a return." My friend and I patiently waited to sign him up and apply for a credit card (not that she asked). That was extremely disrespectful considering we were waiting for your computer systems to work for more than 10 minutes. Not only did the other customers have room, but I was standing at the furthest register. She could have just moved it on the other side of us. I don't know what she was trying to imply but moving my cart out of customer service and into a new aisle, but we were not waiting for our own enjoyment. If we knew it would have taken that long to sign up, we never would have asked. Me waiting patiently doesn't mean I am here for my own enjoyment. I don't know how this can be a grocery store if I can't bring a cart to the line.
