I’ve been doing business with Rush Truck Center in Bowling Green since they opened this location. Steven and everyone in the parts department are some of the best in the business. Courteous, helpful, knowledgeable staff and very easy to work with. I own a Kenworth, and buy my parts at a Peterbilt dealer because the Kenworth guys are a bunch of pricks, and that’s putting it nicely. Steven is my “go-to” for anything Paccar related. I’ve worked with him since the day he started, and is my first call for my parts. They have excellent prices, a large selection of inventory, and if something has to be ordered, I normally have it the next day. I can’t say enough great things about this crew. The service department is excellent as well. They’ve always been very accommodating for me and any questions I have. Keep up the great work guys!!

I have never been to this location. Nor have I ever had a positive experience at a Rush Truck Center. However, I did just have some work done at Worldwide Equipment, the Kenworth dealer in Lexigton Kentucky. Their staff was wonderful, the facility manager, the service manager and the mechanics were all top of the line. They had the parts I needed in stock. If you can make the trip to Lexington I would recommend that you do it.

Pulled in with a small problem with my fan. I didn't expect a miracle about getting it in fast. They took a quick look at it found the problem and told me what I needed. I got me a room for a few days as they were working on other projects and ran out of parts they jumped on my problem and got me out at least a couple days sooner!!! Thanks for the help

Ordered a transmission June 8 they charged my card they brought me 2 transmission that was the wrong one they told me several times the right one was going be here never showed they came and picked the wrong transmission up and now they keep saying they going refund my money it’s been 7 weeks and one day ordered from another dealer they said they could have it in one day
