This store has cute baby/kids outfits, and I like there home decor too. I have found a few of my favorite wall decoration peaces there, they also sell furniture, couch covers, curtains, and curtain rods, bath towel, rugs, men's work pants. Sometimes you can find some good deals there.

Was told before placing order they had said bouquet in stock, called back 2 hours and was told the delivery couldn’t happen because they don’t have the flowers and was never notified… now it’s too late to place an order

This store is a great place to go if you want to get great values. However, it's kind of in one of the more challenging parts of town, and I think they stay a little understaffed, so merchandise gets shuffled around. I just want to put this on here though, because they have a cashier that was absolutely delightful tonight -- and I've truly not experienced that before in this particular store. I've had cashiers that were proficient there; this young lady's name is Francine and she was absolutely delightful tonight. There were problems with the cash register running my check through and it was an equipment issue. A more experienced cashier came over and announced that "the check wouldn't go through" -- to which I had to make a comment about not appreciating that because it wasn't about my check -- it was the equipment. Throughout the whole process, sweet Francine kept apologizing -- and it wasn't her fault at all. I went back to get a drink I had missed getting , and she was teasing me so good naturedly during a very difficult and stressful season right before Christmas. Francine is an asset to the store!

I love this store, just wish they had more clothes for petite women & I wished the employees loved their job cause they take it out on customers. And its always a mess. But it does have unique finds.

My husband and I go frequently to Roses. This time we bought 2 items marked at 4.99 dollars each. When we went to pay, we end up paying 21.18 dollars. The cashier was very nice , but ashe told us that the items were marked incorrectly. She said she was sorry. Is their a policy that the item should be sold ask marked us just saying.

Love Rose's. For there prices, selection, and hospitality. I have never, not found at least one awesome deal. Their towels, albeit, not the best brand, are good and cheap! Employees are helpful and friendly. Ten thousand times, in my book, better than Walmart.

Been shopping at Roses my whole life. Always find something unique that you wouldn't find anywhere else. Wish there were still more around. Several have closed over the years.

I loved the store and wish I had gone back before I left Bowling Green. Im from a town called Defiance Ohio. I wish we had something in our town like this store employees was great and wanted to look more but ran out of time this visit. Hope to make it back again. Great job

I've been shopping at roses for years, The bowling Green location and the Elizabethtown location. It is gotten to the point where you can't even take your shopping cart outside and that you have to have a code to go to the restroom. This is ridiculous. After this visit of roses, I don't know that I'll ever be back what I mean. What is the point of it?

Went to the store looking for item on sale. Couldn't find it so asked a manager for help to see if they had it in stock. She replied have you seen the stockroom. Went back there for a second and came back and said I don't know if it's in there or not. Ask the lady did they have a list of what was in the store she replied that they have no list. If you can't keep up what's in store that's a reason for stuff to get stolen especially if you can't keep up with your own inventory. Roses needs a makeover from the inside out the store used to be really nice but it has gone downhill shelves are empty. And customer service is not good.

Clothes can be hit or miss, depending on what you’re looking for, but it’s not bad overall. I’ve never had issues with their customer service.
