We were pretty discouraged by the time we called Ronald. We had spoken to 2 other lenders that had very little to offer. Not only did he make it happen, he and the additional staff we worked with were amazing. Ronald, Katie, and Taylor were all consistently patient and informative. I highly recommend giving them a call!!

Where do I begin, Mr. Shaver and his staff are absolutely a blessing. After feeling defeated while working with another company. I decided to call Mr. Shaver to see if there was hope, in fact there was hope. A unique quality to have in this day and age is honesty, integrity, and compassion; this man fits all of those qualities. He truly is a wonderful, a God sent. The process from start to finish was smooth and he kept me in the loop the entire way, unlike the others. Mr. Shaver is by far the best experience. Cant think him enough.

Absolutely the best! They were so helpful and patient. Very honest and pay attention to all the details. They all are easy to talk to, listen and take the time to understand your situation. Ron and staff are professional, honest, forthright, prompt, kind, and quick with communication. Katie was the absolute best processor we've ever dealt with. As a team, they closed our loan in 3 weeks, 2.5 weeks before our contract stated. I would recommend Ron and his staff to everyone.
