“I had an appointment to have a hitch put on at 10:00 a.m. When I arrived I was told the installer would not be able to start until 11:00. Due to personal time constraints, I had to leave without getting the hitch installed. I feel appointments should only be made for times when an installer will be available! I use U-Haul often and was very disappointed.”
