Did my wifes and mines taxes and missed almost $2,000.00 which I thought I was posed to get more back then they said so I had H&R BLOCK take a second look and my hunch was right they missed almost 2k for my 2022 returns and cause of that and having to do a amended return my taxes were done Feb 10th and I just received them today may 12th so I don't recommend anyone go to these ppl to do ur taxes....

I got audited by the IRS after using this service. I would be remiss if I didn't share my own experience. I had this company do my taxes around 2016- 2017. One of the older Buser men did it. He waved me in, and at the time he was watching golf. He watched golf the entire time while doing my taxes. I told him how important it was to me that it was done right, and that I didn't want the government to penalize me since I had made enough to file but PayPal hadn't sent me a 1099 or w2. He assured me there would be no problem but acted like I was interrupting his favorite television show. He was very curt and short with me. I had printed everything that he would have needed, but he barely looked at any of the information I brought in. Golf was happening on the tv.That fall I got smacked in the face by the IRS and this company said it was MY fault I got audited. I spent the entire next year sorting out the audit myself since they said there was nothing to be done and basically threw their hands up in the air.I've since moved to another company entirely. Do not use this company. It was the most stressful experience getting audited.

I had my taxes done by Luke I asked how much he told me why was I charged am extra 98 for bank fees!?!?! This is definitely my last year filing with professional tax!!! Highly upset I want my 98$ back ‼️
