“I was really in a pinch needing two 36x42 maps printed in two days time. None of the big box stores (Staples, FedEx Printing, Arc, Office Depot, etc.) could do it in time. I contacted Gerald Printing, and Heather, a Customer Service Rep, immediately confirmed with her team they could do it for me and started the process. I couldn't have asked for a better quality of the maps and the entire team was super kind and personal. This was not a large order (or one they probably made much profit on), and could have easily passed and said no, but they were willing to take it on and help me out and it was very much appreciated!”

“I purchased Graphic Design Studio by Summit Soft. The clerk who sold it to me made sure I understood how I would have to access the program ON-Line. Since I do not have a working disk drive, I downloaded the program from the internet as directed in the packaging. In addition I needed to use an enclosed code to activate the program. The code would not work. Multiple sets of 4 characters each were required but the code supplied in the package had multiple sets of 5 characters. After several attempts to get online help with no results, I returned the package to Staples in Bowling Green, KY and they refunded my money.”
