I used the ATM and it showed me an error message and set my transaction was canceled but then spilt out a receipt stating it depenced the money. I called the bank and the woman on the phone was very rude and told me because I didn't have an account at their bank I would just have to dispute it with my card and that there was nothing they could do. This particular ATM is known to run out of money and evidently if it does during your transaction it will take your money and and then give you a receipt stating that you received your money. I will never use this ATM again or any other PNC ATM!

Horrible banking practices, numerous over draft fees multiple times in 1 day, although online banking has a positive balance. "Oh but since you have a charge pending we know that once that clears your account will be negative." But its not negative, so why the overdraft fee? Then you get the run around about closing out your account, because the pending charges have to clear... but I have an overdraft fee for those "pending" charges that haven't yet cleared. Please make it make sense! DO NOT BANK HERE, THEY NEED NEW OWNERS, MANAGMENT OR SOMEBODY.

Only bank I know that people ssi or any other monthly check this bank doesn't charge an out range price to get their money off the card

Do NOT go into this bank or open any accounts if you do not want the police to be called to your family home where your elderly parents who are recovering from surgery will be shocked out of their minds! While I was on the phone with this bank, they were not helping me, but instead fixing to have the police show up at our door and traumatize us! I'm glad this absolutely disgusting act did not result in a more tragic outcome. My mom is recovering from bypass. What is WRONG with you, PNC???

Very kind, try to learn your name to stay familiar with you. Teach you new technology for banking. I left BB&T after 8 years just to sign up with the russellville rd branch of PNC.

The employees including the Branch Manager at this branch are extremely rude and unprofessional. They have an inferiority complex. This group makes a point to go out of their way to let customers know they do not care about a majority of their customers business. Get off your pedestal and start treating people with respect.

They are bad ! I deposit check in my account and its say I can only get 100$ ! Now and tomorrow i can get the rest; However, they don't have money in the bank I mean one time i want there to get money 12000 they says we have order the money!!!!
