I was spending a fortune traveling to Louisville to visit the Porsche dealership until I found Plum Springs Garage. These guys have saved me a ton of time and money. They do excellent work.

Above and beyond service!!!
We stopped in partway through our trip to the east coast National Parks because the brakes on our Sprinter adventure van were making a grinding noise on the driver’s side rear brake. After a brief examination, Jerry diagnosed the problem on the left rear brake and he and his team made multiple calls to the company who did our upgraded suspension and the manufacturer of the parts. They waited for the parts to be shipped from the company in CA then went to bat for us with the manufacturer because the left rear caliper was stuck and the manufacturer agreed to pay for our rear brakes…parts and labor! The parts arrived with much prompting by Jerry of the suspension company that had the kits.Jerry and his team had the job done 4 hours after the parts arrived!!
They saved us several thousand dollars with their communication with the manufacturer. Their shop is immaculate, the service outstanding, the communication persistent, and the repair outcome excellent!

They updated my husband everyday about timing and shipment with our car parts. Had our Mercedes running in no time! Great service. They know what they’re doing.

Terrible company with terrible service. Replaced my rotors with warped rotors then proceeded to tell me my calipers needed to be replaced. They priced me at a higher price then tried to lower the price for my business. They made me play cat and mouse with another brake company as well. I do not recommend.

Really honest business model, really clean , meticulous shop and kind people that I feel give you good advice on a repair plan for your car. I’ve had good experience with getting my vehicle in on a timely matter with a reasonable turn around time. I refer friends and have never heard anything bad about these guys. Lee and the rest of the staff are always extremely helpful - even one time helping get a stuck car seat out. I feel like they are always honest with me which is so important when it comes to mechanics. I'd recomend Plum Springs Garage to anyone.

It was all fine until they broke my engine cover, they never told me about it until I looked at it and seen it broken. They never mentioned it once, if they had told me this happened I would’ve been fine but they put it back on and acted like nothing happen.Nowadays can’t find the right place to go to.
