I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing dresses online. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the dresses. The dresses did not look anything like the pictures.

They have such great clothes! Just make sure you read the reviews since a lot of the clothes can’t be returned. I love supporting small businesses especially when I live so close!

THEY DON’T FIT!!!! Too $$$ to return
So excited to get 2 pairs of cute shorts and a tanner. I did read the sizing chart. I did read the reviews and I did size up. Being from Canada I hummed and hawed about purchasing -with the exchange and such.
Decided to go ahead and splurge. My $72.80 + international shipping $45.79 = 118.59. With the US exchange and taxes it now turned into 165.97. And then I had to pay customs of 36.00. At this point, I need to cut my losses and not return them as I would have to pay the international fee “again”. AND I just found out the one item is no refunds or exchanges. So upsetting.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing. Strict return/exchange policy but it is clearly stated on their website so please read prior.
Got “influenced” on Instagram but was not impressed with majority of my purchase. Not worth it to send back and get store credit so my loss there $84.
HOWEVER, their defect policy seems far fetched. You have 3 days from receiving item so if you’re out of town like me when it arrived…out of luck. One of the Tshirts I ordered had its tags placed wrong (looks like the staff double tagged it or missed the first time) and due to this, has a hole in the T-shirt near the armpit which only noticed after removing the remaining tags.
Wasn’t overall impressed and wouldn’t purchase again.

I normally love their clothing, but their shipping is HORRIBLE. For sure the worst of any boutique/company I’ve ordered from. I ordered April 9th, hoping I’d get a couple of the items next week for a trip. I have yet to receive any shipping notice. Most boutiques that I order from, I have the order within the same week. Don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again due to the awful shipping. With a company this large, you’d think you could get things moving quicker. So frustrating.

I just placed my 1st and last order with Pink Lily. I wanted to love this site but their return policy is awful! I bought a dress and a shirt. They said final sale. I am 5’3 and 150lb. Followed THEIR size chart and the model videos. Both are so small… my daughter can wear the shirt and she has a 5’4 and 110lb’s!! I asked for a store credit. Was told no. Final sale on a FINAL. Got it! I hate doing bad reviews! But this just doesn’t set right.

Please be aware of their return policy!!!I purchased a dress, which was like a shirt on me, I created a return label and reached out to customer service to ask if the refund can go back on my card because I got an email with the return label saying I will get a egift card, to which they answered no, to add to that, they also charge $6 for shipping back the item, and then take that $ of the so called "e-gift card". It would be fair when purchasing to quote in big red letters, "Returns will result in e-gift cards", I don't know a single person who reads the "policies" page of a clothing store. Something to consider... Definitely never shopping here again.

I ordered a swimsuit from Pink Lily. It was a white swimsuit with mesh at the top and in the middle. Upon receiving the item, the white on the mesh and white on the swimsuit didn't match. The mesh was more like a cream color. The swimsuit had pads but no lining, and was completely see-through. I messaged Pink Lily that I would be returning the item. They only offered a e-gift card in return instead of a refund (after they took off the $6 to ship back). I shop quite a few boutique stores and have never had an issue like this. I will not be shopping at Pink Lily and I hope others are aware of their refund policy. I didn't find anywhere on there website that you would only receive an e-gift card until after I received my package.

GOSH I'm sad I've had to come to Googling Pink Lily reviews. I've spent hundreds of dollars at Pink Lily! I LOVE the styles so much. I've had some very good experience, but also can relate to the comments about size and quality. My most recent order caused me to google some of the reviews because I thought I was going CRAZY with the sizing of the clothes coming in. I am athletic build- 5'4", muscular and about 155#. I have purchased several shorts, a jean romper, and jeans from Pink Lily. At every other store that I shop at, I am a size 6, however, at PL I am size 11-12 and a large or XL. I just got my recent order yesterday and the shorts are a LARGE. They are still tight on my body. The sizing charts are confusing and often misleading. I can totally relate to some of the comments about developing body issues over these clothes. At any other store, I do not have this issue and I can no longer justify spending upward of $50 on shorts. I can easily go to Old Navy, Target, Walmart, Ann Taylor, Tj Max, etc etc etc and find shorts that are better quality and fit my body better. Sad to say that this will most likely be my last order at PL.

I absolutely love the clothes! I love that they offer models in all sizes and they do provide a good description of their clothes and sizes BUT nonetheless their return policy is shocking given that it is an online boutique. You only receive store credit plus a $6 fee for shipping. I am pretty disappointed in this policy and for that reason feel like it’s a bit of a risk to shop with them. Hopefully they can create a policy that better fits an online shopping boutique.
