The two women working in the grooming center today were really nice and helpful. I think Kimberly is the name of one of them. They did a great job with trimming our mini doodle. This was my first time coming here, i will definitely be back again.

This place is an Absolute Mess! Items overpriced compared to PetSmart. Items on shelf that won’t ring up. After running back and forth from the isle to the register 3 Times to try and figure out the cost of the item I needed, it would not ring up so I just left. At PetSmart now, easy in and out, same item $3 cheaper, no issue. Will Not be going back to PetCo.

Got clownfish from here for my tank that had brooklynella. Has killed every fish in my tank and their policy with saltwater fish is “no returns no matter what”. Wouldn’t recommend getting fish here ever again. Lost over $750 worth of fish in less than 24 hours because of this outbreak

I recently visited the Petco in Bowling Green, Kentucky with my wife and daughter to look at guinea pigs. Unfortunately, the customer service was lacking. The salesman was busy on his phone instead of assisting customers. We weren't allowed to touch the guinea pigs, which made it difficult to decide on a pet. While we understand some restrictions for specific animals, being able to interact with guinea pigs is crucial for choosing the right pet. I hope the store considers improving their customer service and allowing customers to interact with the animals.

The store was clean and the employees were helpful and kind. We were shopping for a large black Kong dog toy and you had them in stock, several other places we visited before did not. I also liked the selection of aquarium decor and purchased one piece.

Usually fairly satisfied, but you will need to be early or exactly on time. Arrived 2-3 minutes late due to Friday traffic. I’ve waited at desk at reception longer than this. Told by grooming manager, without greeting, that my appointment would be cancelled next time. No grace period as typical with other establishments. I can’t live up to their strict expectations as a working mother with kids in school. I’ve always tipped this grooming manager generously and not been demanding. There are no evening appointments that I could see. So I will seeking other grooming services. It was especially embarrassing because my husband was with me for the first time because I wanted him to meet her.
