Very rude and unhelpful employees. My 4 year old was just wanting to look at cats (we had just gotten to their enclosure) and an employee very rudely told him that he was in her way. We left and went to Petsmart and got wonderful, friendly service. Nope! Not going back there again. Petsmart, by the way, is just down the road:)

Very poor reptile husbandry. Keeping reptiles together is neglect, abuse, stressful and incredibly dangerous. Especially keeping two pythons together. The tanks are tiny and it’s so disappointing. Bettas and guinea pigs cages are way too small. One of the leopard geckos looked sick.

Didn’t you guys literally kill a womans dog while grooming it ??? Why does it seem this has been swept under the rug and why is no one else still talking about it ?? I don’t care if it happened months ago, that woman deserves to know exactly what happened to her dog.

Went schedule appointment online telling of my dogs age and conditions and went to have him took up for his appointment and when my son got him there say said due to his age and conditions they weren't allowed to groom him. A message could have been sent saying that but was told that couldn't contact me. Person talked over me and said I was rude for talking over them, smh. Then was told should of had a groomer in Morgantown groom him. Never again.

I was severely impressed with the state of all the animals in their care. There was an employee there that was very compassionate and knowledgeable about the animals. The store was very clean and we felt welcomed.

Made an appointment to have my 4.5 month old puppy groomed. Had shot record in hand. Appointment was at 1:30pm. Arrived and had to wait for 10 mins before someone came to check us in. No one told be it was a requirement for Oddie to have a rabies shot before at 16vweeks before they could groom him. We were traveling through from a state that currently is still cold to a climate that was hot for Oddie hence the grooming appointment. Didn't mind the wait but the girl that finally waited on us (purple hair with piercings) was extremely rude. Smart mouth and impatient. Almost like she didn't want to work. Never going to Petco Again.

Employees are knowledgeable and helped me a lot! My new hamster is very curious and happy! The employee informed me on the vet in the area if it's needed, and right after the account setup and transaction, I got an automated email with all the info I need! Thank you all!

You have to be really careful to check expiration dates on everything at this store. I've had multiple instances where I've gone in there for food or treats and find a bunch of expired items. They really should hire someone just to go through the stock for expired items. I went there for a certain bag of dog food and it was 18 months expired, not just a few weeks. I feel bad for any pets who actually get fed the almost 2 year expired food because their owners trust the store to be checking the expiration dates.
