very rude staff who will try and enforce non existent policies. spoke with corporate afterwards who reiterated to me that said rule was non existent. would not recommend coming here to anyone and now I understand how petsmart has almost twice the revenue as petco as their customer service is light years ahead of here.

They always know how to take care of my dog and do a great job on the grooming services! She always look great after her haircut! The employees are so nice and always call me when things need to be changed! 10/10 recommend

The groomer was very pleasant and patient with me even though I missed my first appointment, had to rescedule my second appointment. No surprises when I paid the bill. My only complaint is that they seem to always forget the scented spray.
