Store had only one person helping the public at the register.
Purchased spark- plugs for boat, they didn’t have the exact match but was helpful to find a replacement to make the sale.
Ask if they would gap the spark plugs to the specific measurements stated on the motor.
After the sale I waited for the clerk to gap my plugs, he waited on other customer which I have no problem with. After a few minutes he checked with other clerks and told be they were not allowed to gap the plugs but we’re glad to sell me a gap tool.
Typical retail now days give me your money and move on! I thought they were professionals.

I thought I needed a new car battery but after they tested it and my alternator everything was fine. They cleaned my battery posts as a possible battery going dead problem. All for free. Great service also. Saved me from having to buy a battery. Honest people.
