Dr Obrien is the best vet in the entire state of Kentucky or Tennessee. He has foaled many mares for myself and my friend Ernest Linder. You will never find another man who cares for horses and all animals, than him. He will always be my vet and I trust his care completely. He is a truthful and honest man who will always go the extra mile to save your horses.

The best equine vet I’ve ever seen. He diagnosed and helped my horse immediately. UT Knoxville and an equine vet in Shelbyville, TN had no idea what to do to help my horse but Dr. O’Brien did. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Dr. O'Brien is THE HORSE DOCTOR .COM! He is the very best. And he is the best because he loves his profession. I asked about retirement and he said, "I don't know how to say it but I don't feel like I have worked a day in my life" And that my folks is coming from a 74 year old man doing what he loves for 52 years and still counting! Because he loves what he does....it has never been work to him! I would say he is one of the few that is doing what God intended for him to do....this is his purpose in life and exactly why he is the best horse doctor there is. I am very blessed to know him. I think the world of him and love the wonderful person he is!

Hands down Dr. O’Brien is the best Equine veterinarian around. He has compassion for animals. I can’t even quote the number of horses that he has saved for us. His fees are responsible. We have been using him for 40 years.

Dr O'Brian is very caring of animals. He has a passion about caring for animals like no other vet I have dealt with. He went above and beyond for our horse we rescued. He is very knowledgeable and to the point. Thank you Dr. O'Brian it was so worth the 1.5 hour drive to see you!!
