I have a 20+ year old Yamaha LLx-500c that I bought new from Musician's Pro. My favorite guitar hands down. I had to replace the original saddle, which created intonation problems, so I brought my guitar to Brian. I said, "Can you fix this?" Two days later, he calls me back: he did a pro neck setup, installed a new saddle AND trimmed it to correct my action, fixed the intonation, tightened things up, and installed a shiny new set of strings. I don't remember my guitar playing this well or sounding this rich and full. It's like new again! Thank you, Brian. You are a pro!

Brian is a professional. I have had many great interactions with him. I call him friend at this point. He's a great guitar repairman. When you walk in it feels like home. In a world of online purchases it's great to actually try out and touch an instrument I am purchasing. He has been sense of what a customer is looking for. I have made many great purchases over the last year. They hire great employees all willing to help and demonstrate the gear. Even if you don't really have anything in particular in mind they can help. Five stars from me.

We walked in merely for guitar key, printed version and ended up with a Necklace, Printed Guitar Theory, great information on electric drums. Although only 1 behind counter we were greeted, He was working with another customer afterwards he took a few minutes to show an acoustic. Awesome day, great finds for us beginners.

I couldn’t find a case at Cabella’s or any of the sports/hunting stores for my bow. The guy working here found me a bass case that perfectly fit my bow for me. Not a musician but it was excellent service~

Friendly and helpful ! I have a young guitarist and they didn’t hesitate to let him play. Selection was “quality over quantity “ and I like that.

I never bought anything from them I asked them questions I was going to buy this unit turns out it wouldn’t serve the purpose after messages they answered then during holidays and still they responded quickly they made me feel like I was important and I will recommend this company any time I really appreciate business people that work for the customer and they proved it thank you guys.

I expected so much more. Inventory was low and the kid that helped me didn't seem too interested that I wanted a guitar right then and there. He didn't come over and talk to me about the used guitar that was priced in the $2000 range either that I may have bought because I happen to like that brand and yes, I could have bought it. Service is every thing to me, especially with music because that's my passion. Otherwise, why be there! So, kick that kid to the curb, hire me as your sales representative and you will have customers walking out with $2000 guitars- The Piper

I already wrote a review once and I deleted it because I thought I left the review for the wrong business.They don’t offer much for instruments that are brought in.I got a reply from the owner that they don’t buy instruments on my last review which is incorrect. I know which place I went to and to be exact we brought in a Kala ukulele. I was offered $40 but elsewhere I was offered AT LEAST $65.
