Quality tech solutions, greatly exceeded my expectations for what customer care could be for a technology company. I came in to have a screen replaced for an iPhone that I keep as a back up in case something happens to my primary phone. After accidentally dropping it without a case, the screen had cracked, and the display was barely readable. Quality Tech Solutions was recommended to me by a friend who had used them recently for a similar issue. I called to confirm they have the parts I needed (thankfully they did) and get pricing (price was honestly really good for a screen swap) and was able to stop by 10 minutes later. I met with the owner who took the device. I had to go back to my house to finish a project I was working on. He had it fixed and ready to go in less than 40 minutes! When he called, I wasn’t able to leave the house immediately to pick it back up, so the owner personally delivered it to my house 15 minutes later. The company did a great job with the repair, the phone was in excellent condition, and they even put a screen protector on to hopefully prevent this from happening again. Service and customer care is truly exceptional at this company. A week later, the company contacted me and followed up on the repair ensure the phone was working properly.

“I see that there are a lot of negative reviews, and I understand that people have differing experiences. I'm sad that not everyone has had success with spectrum. My wife and I have enjoyed Spectrum service for more years than I can count.Their internet service is top notch. I can probably count on one hand the number of interruptions I have had over the last fifteen-plus years. If you are having trouble with your service, please call them.That said, you should do everything in your power to avoid actually having to visit their store. Wait times are frustratingly long, likely because only a few people work at any given time. The rest are likely off due to Covid-19.If you are paying a bill, call it in. If you are returning equipment, use the UPS store.”
