Here at midtown they present you someone young and spry over the summer to get you interested and once you’re in you get McKenzie as your land lord and oh boy is she the most unpleasant individual to ever walk this earth. The facility is garbage you might as well move into section 8 housing because midtown’s probably worse. Then the tenants are nasty never picking up after there dog or there trash for that matter. Midtown is sub par living and I wouldn’t wish dealing with this place on my worst enemy. But hey if my baby daddy abandoned me I don’t think I’d take it out on the clients who pay YOUR bills.

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone! When moving in the apartment it was clearly not cleaned before hand. The microwave was so dirty that food was burnt and crusted on the bottom of it causing them to replace it. My carpet was so filthy and still wet from when they so “called cleaned” it that I had to go get a vacuum cleaner myself after telling the office. The office told me it was cleaned and they would not come and clean it again. While cleaning the carpet it clearly had never been washed because the water that came out of it was black! Be prepared before moving in and moving out to deep clean because they clearly don’t know how. On top of that the management is terrible and the price you pay for an apartment is not worth what you will get! The manager is not nice and is so rude when addressing a problem or even trying to talk to them that is pointless because you will get no where. Lastly, when moving out be prepared to get charged for everything even if you didn’t cause any damage and if something is not yours. Overall, this is one of the worst apartment complexes I have ever lived at and for student housing it should be better.

This apartment complex is disgusting, bugs everywhere and now there is a literal rat chilling at the fire lane. For $1000 a month (for a room) it’s not worth it

1.Constant WiFi outages and equipment constantly needs maintenance. Maintenance responds fast, but that’s because things are always breaking. You will pay the same amount of rent no matter the troubles. The last month of rent is not prorated despite only being allowed housing for half of the month. You’re also paying an extra fee to be able to park and most of the time they don’t have enough parking spots and you have to park in the overflow lot across the street.
They told me the gym equipment would be fixed during my tour and there were no improvements during my stay.
The management is NOT friendly. Right off the bat they are rude and they WILL find any excuse to fine you regardless of whether the damage was there for years and years. Money hungry in many cases!

The worst place I have ever lived my bathroom has mold in behind the walls. I’ve had constant issues with bugs the entire time I lived there. My inside cat that has never stepped foot outside once has consistent fleas and once I get rid of them they come right back. Gnats and roaches are also a big issue. Not to mention they also charge an arm and a leg for everything!!!

The staff is very sweet and polite. Maintenance fixes problems within one day, super quick compared to other places. Great location for wku students!

I’ve been living here for almost a year and it is simply the best!! Living with some of your best friends going through college is the best experience. My favorite part is the pool and how close it is to campus!!

I live at Midtown and I love it here! It's the perfect distance from campus and even has it's own rooftop pool and gym. The staff is friendly and whenever maintenance is needed they are quick to help. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!!

I only give this establishment 2 stars and not 0 because of the friendly staff. But in all honesty, I can not wait til I move out of this building. For the amount you pay in rent it isn't worth it whatsoever. This apartment is meant for those who consistently want to party and not study for their degrees. Only one to two nights I can sleep at peace with no loud noises. If your neighbors smoke weed then it will leak into your unit through the vents. This place is not clean by any means, there are bug infestations and dried vomit in the hallways that will never get cleaned up (theres vomit on the first floor in one building that has been there for over a month and a half).Rent is to expensive for what they claim to be "best student housing for WKU students". Who wants to pay $50 a month for parking when you can get WKU parking for $125 a year. Who in the right mind thinks its fine to charge $550 in just parking a year when you can walk only a block to save $425. It would be different if it was a annual cost but monthly?Consistently get emails about wifi being out on a monthly basis, there has been accounts when electric goes out at random as well.I moved in August 5, 2023 and I already can not wait til my lease ends.

The office staff has always been very nice and super helpful. Our daughter likes her apartment, and it is VERY convenient to her classes. Also, they allow pets, which was a MUST when considering places for our daughter to live while at WKU.
