I am so glad we found out about your shop! My daughter loved her dress for prom, and I appreciate the cost effectiveness of the purchase. I cannot speak highly enough of this store. The staff is so friendly and helped my daughter find the perfect dress without any pressure to buy. They had a big selection of all colors and styles to choose from. Thank you for being a big part of my daughter's special night.

I have no idea why anyone shops here. The dresses are not worth the price and the service here is the worst service I have ever received in my life. The last time I was here it was for a quick look for a dress for our engagement pictures & she basically called me fat and broke-I’m neither. Tried on a dress-hated it (it was also way too big, I wear a size 2-4, she said I was a size 8 at least) and then we left and I promised to never come back here. I am not sure if she meant how it came off, but at your age you should know how to speak to people. Basic customer service wasn’t provided. At all. I went ahead and ordered my dress online, best $300 I ever spent and no one called me fat or broke. Surprised this place is still in business. Me & mines will never spend our money here.

I found a STUNNING stress perfect for the event I was attending. It's very reasonably priced as well! They will even purchase back the dress for 1/2 the price you buy it for, which is good to know.

Great place to find formal wear or evening/event wear at reasonable prices. Bonus, you can resell your items after. The girls in the shop are always willing to help. They have directed me to sizes and provided options and accessories for consideration. I have been in by myself a few times and they always offer to assist with dressing and undressing. We all know those beautiful gowns can be hard to get in and out of. Great service, great selection, and good pricing.

This is a great place to consign your formal dresses or clothing. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a "hello, how can I help you today". They took the clothing I brought in, gave me the contract and were great to go over the details and explain to me how it works.Super helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back.

I wanted to leave a few things for consignment. I went in before to see what their process was. They told me to bring my things in. After bringing everything in they then informed me they liked newer items. I totally understand that but they could of related that before I brought everything in. I went in to get information in advance so as not to waste anyone's time. Most of my items were gently used even though they were older than a year or so. Very embarrassing and not necessary since I had tried to get the facts before bringing my items inside.

THIEVES!! DISGUSTING!! SHADY BUSINESS!! I went to the Bowling Green store because I had 10 dresses that me and my daughters didn't need anymore. So I went to see if they wanted them but they told me that they needed to be washed first. This was understandable so I went and had them dry cleaned and dropped them off which cost me $100. They told me that I had to come pick them up before the 90 days were up. So I went to see what was sold and what wasn't. To my surprise they had only sold one of my dresses, and returned only two. In all I lost 7 dresses which they told me we're "donated" before the given time. I was furious, but I didn't want to blow it out of proportion , so I swallowed my anger. I recently went to the store and saw my dresses were still on sale. These people are disgusting and use underhanded business tactics and if you have an option to not come near this place. On top of that the employees had a terrible attitude the whole time and acted towards me as if I were going to steal at any moment. They sell used clothes not glass chandeliers.
