Went in 4/6/24 to look at wedding suits, we were there for at least 30 min to an hour. Not one employee spoke. Not, hello, we'll be right with you etc We did notice that they were busy,however, had the employees to cover everything, a lot more than most stores. But as I've said not a single, "sorry we're busy,we get to you soon" nothing. And actually I had 2 employees to look at us and keep walking. We started to look at each other wondering if we didn't look good enough to be in the store! But I can tell you that wasn't the case. Anyway my fiance looked at all the suits even the rental book.He finally decided on a suit he wanted to buy. It was a black Joseph Abound...the jacket was I believe $419.99 and the pants $179...we stood, walked around, finally realizing we weren't going to be spoke to we left.

Poor customer service. My son purchased several hundred dollars worth of merchandise from this store. Measurements for alterations were taken. Went to pick up suit and alterations weren't done on jacket. My son was re-measured for alteration. Came back a few days later to pick up suit for my son. When I got home my son tried the jacket on. Length was still too long. Either they failed to alter the jacket for the 2nd time, or they failed to measure and alter it correctly. Mistakes happen, but lack of empathy and failure to address the issue professionally isn't at all acceptable.

I was in and out with a clean sweet suit for a wedding I am attending. The sales men all teamed up according to what they were good at and got me looking dapper. Thanks fellas.

Purchased a Suit here and love it!!The Folks here helped to fit and measure it and has it hemmed to fit perfectly!Although I'm normally not a "Suit" guy, this one fits perfectly and looks Fantastic!I can't say enough good things about these folks and the quality of their suits!

Very helpful staff in person. Great deal on tux rental for prom. Go early, more than a week before you need the suit to get best deal.

The only reason there is 1 star is because I had to give a star to type out a review. My fiance' and I are getting married 05/14/2022, so I went in LAST WEEK and scheduled our 3 boys and my fiance' all separate appointments to get them fitted for rental suits, as once we saw the price they were charging to buy a suit, there was no way we were paying that. Anyway, we walk into the store and there were probably at least 7 or more employees walking around the store that never once acknowledged us and asked if we needed help or anything. There was a sign-in sheet at the front door with no pen to sign in. I will say the salesman were with customers from what I saw, but all it would have taken would have been for ONE person to say we will have someone right with you, especially if they knew they had appointments coming in. They just lost 4 expensive sales based on a lack of customer service or just common courtesy. My fiance' went to Giorgio's yesterday and was fitted and bought exactly what he wanted for a price he would've paid for a rental at Men's Warehouse, all within less than an hour, and he was greeted as soon as he walked in the store. I just called and spoke with a very nice gentlemen at Giorgio's to make sure I didn't need to schedule appointments for our 3 boys to take them Saturday to get them fitted and he said it would be no problem at all. Skip Men's Warehouse altogether and just go to Giorgio's from the beginning. I have never been in a place of business attempting to sell a product and not acknowledge customers with appointments. That will be the last time I step my foot in that store. I'm not sure if they need different management or more customer service training, but something is completely lacking.

our entire experience was completely horrid.we were told 2 suits needed to be paid for that were paid in full when the rental was initiated, all the colors for ties for the groom and groomsmen were wrong, & they told us the “cut off time” wouldn’t allow them to change their mess up.after a lot of harsh words, they finally decided to fix all of our issues, but they were less than willing to fix any of THEIR mistakes.i would NEVER recommend anyone use this store for suit rentals, especially if it’s for your wedding because they genuinely do not care if they mess up your big day!
