I absolutely love getting my prescriptions filled at Medicine Arts Pharmacy! Their staff is super friendly, and they make their regular customers feel like they are getting a very attentive and personal experience! You'll NEVER walk through their doors and have to just stand and wait to even be acknowledged, as I've experienced at a few of the other pharmacies in BG. My advice, CHOOSE MEDICINE ARTS!

I get meds filled in 90 day supplies have been for years, have had the same insurance for years, since switching to this pharmacy in September they tell me my insurance don’t cover 90 days supplies but when I call my insurance they tell me yes they do, I have had to wait close to a month for one prescription, when I call and ask about it they tell me there supplier is still have trouble getting it and sending it to them. This place is ridiculous, only reason I switched cause it was a smaller one compared to the larger ones that stay busy and long wait lines

Love this pharmacy can't say enough good things about it. The only issue is the parking lot can be tough to get in and out of.

This pharmacy has gone above and beyond for my parents who have been clients for many years. Met me after hours, ON A SUNDAY to fill a pain RX for my mom when she was sent home from rehabilitation center without pain meds following amputation recovery. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Love this place, absolutely great staff, fast friendly and down to earth good ole country mom & pop pharmacy!! They always have my medicine ready and if there’s a problem they fix it in a timely manor wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

I have been going to this pharmacy for about three years now, and I live in Glasgow (30 mins away) I choose to frequent this establishment because they treat you like family. I have NEVER waited longer than 10-15 minutes, and that was on their busiest days. Normally I'm there five minutes, tops. But I wouldn't mind waiting longer because they are pleasant, always smiling, they greet you by name when you come in and when they say good to see ya, they mean it! If that wasn't enough, their prices are the lowest around (for my needs) and they go above and beyond to correct any insurance issues or prescription refills, etc. I just love them and I know you would too.

Best pharmacy in Bowling Green KY! Go out of their way to help you and are very friendly and fast! Love the environment when I pick up my medicine and greeted by my first name just like a friend! Would highly recommend!
