We recently purchased a king size mattress and adjustable frame from mattress firm. They had a great special going on, and the customer service was wonderful. The gentleman knew all about the mattresses and was able to answer all of our questions. After our purchase, we set up delivery. The delivery guys were wonderful. They set up our new bed and took away the old mattress and we're very professional. We definitely recommend Mattress Firm.

I bought my mattress over the phone. My wife had checked it out in the store and assured me I would love it. It was a pleasure to deal with Jacob. He was knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk with. He's definitely an asset to that store.

I have been iffy about purchasing a mattress for some time now. But I stopped by mattress firm! I can say it defintly is the best place to shop for a mattress. Jacob answered all my concerns and explained very well about the mattress I was interested in! He was very patient with me. To say the most Jacob is a great seller and I recommend mattress firm!

Jacob was awesome! He helped us identify which mattress was best for my wife and I (a side sleeper and a belly sleeper). He was very knowledgeable and worked with us on prices. 10/10 recommend mattress firm and 10/10 recommend letting Jacob be the sales associate to help you find your next mattress.
