Made an appointment thru the website for 9:30am today. When I arrived, no one opened the door for me to go inside. I got out of my truck and walked in. There were 3 ladies working on computers and neither really wanted to help me. The lady in the middle ask me if she could help me. I told her I had a 9:30 appointment. She checked her tablet and said I did not have an appointment and if I made it in the app it doesn't show up in their system. I showed her my phone with the confirmation and she again said it wasn't in their system. She hatefully asked what I needed. I just said "nothing" and left. Very bad service. Will never go there again. Looking to get rid of my 2018 Ram 2500 for a Chevy or a Ford!

CAUTION, BUYERS BEWARE!!! After attempting on multiple occasions to resolve outstanding issues with our transaction at this dealership, I have decided to share our experience. We purchased a new vehicle in mid -November. Upon arriving home with our new vehicle, we discovered the remote that operates the rear entertainment was missing. Contacted the dealership the day of and was told the remotes would be mailed to us. Still not here. Also discovered that the $500.00 deposit we paid to hold the vehicle was not reflected in our paperwork. We thought we would work this out with a weather tech package that they stated would be in early January, also still not here. During our review of everything, we also discovered someone from the dealership forged my signature on a customer satisfaction survey. This survey was an overall satisfaction and a complete walkthrough/tutorial of the new vehicle that never actually happened, hence the missing remotes. I have attempted to call the dealership on multiple occasions in efforts to follow up on these outstanding obligations. I have left voicemails for management that have not been returned, have asked to speak to a member of management on multiple occasions only to be transferred to sales team members who are unable to give any definitive answer to outstanding issues. Neither the receptionist nor the sales guys that have been on the line with me have ever been able to get me on the phone with a member of the management team. Customer Service has been horrible to date, I'm not giving up but worry it will be a long road ahead in dealing with Martin Dodge Jeep Chrysler Ram in Bowling Green KY.

DONT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. They over charge you and they don't fix the problem. They add on more money then you are suppose to pay and to top it off they don't tell you any prices until they do a diagnostic charge then they charge you $100 to tell you what you already know. Their service department is crap;service department only wants your money. Go to Kia for any services or the shops outside of Martin. I have always like martin. I know Chad martin he was a cheerleader at BOWLING GREEN HIGH. But the Dealer ship is a rip off. Also they told me they fixed my challenger but the same day the service like came back on and my car also got broken into and Jessica service department employee, never locked my doors. I lost all my stereo equipment and I still had to pay them a thousand or more but my things were stolen. So if you want to be over charged and not treated right go to Martins. I WILL NEVER SEND NONE OF MY FAMILY TO MARTINS EVER. The sales people are cool like Curtis and junior flood are good people but the service department is BULLSH**...

I was traveling with my teenage daughter, niece and her 7yo daughter when we needed assistance. Ayonna Edwards and the mechanic working went above and beyond to help us and we were not even customers!! I would highly recommend the service department and would use this dealership and their services if i lived in the area...just wish there was more I could do to thank them!!!

Picked up a nail in my left front tire while traveling down I65. The team got me in and showed me why it could not be repaired and had a new one for me same day. Very helpful.

Had an scheduled oil change on Feb. 10 at about 10:30 am. Dropped vehicle off and at about 2:50 pm I called to check on vehicle because no one had called yet. Service advisor stated that they just received paperwork from service department. I have never had an oil change take 4 hours. Very poor service and I won't ever recommend them for any service on any vehicle.

Multiple issues with service department that could not be handled by service staff so requested a call from service manager. He never responded and instead had other employees attempt to resolve problems that should only be addressed by upper management. Very poor customer service.
