Service is always great there. Only gave 4 stars because their hours don't accommodate people that work during the day. I used to get oil changes on Saturday because they were open part of the day. Now they're only open 8-5 M-F. I'd they could at least stay open until 6 during a weekday once a week or even once a month it would help. I usually have to do comp time or take time off from work to get oil changes there.

Mark Muffler did an excellent job on my car. Notice something wasn’t right after the service. Took it back and they fixed it for free. I’m autistic and sometimes don’t understand things the same ways as other people do. Ben worked me and help me understand the problem. Some of the greatest customer service around. If you ever need service go the Mark Muffler.

These are stand-up guys at Mark Muffler. Where so many auto repair shops are at least a little snake-oil salesman Mark Muffler shines like a beacon of hope for those of us who need a mechanic they can trust to tell them the truth and fix only what needs fixing for a fair price.
