I went there to get gel nails done on 7/5 and while the overall atmosphere was pleasant, I am not happy at all with the results. My first nail started chipping at the tip the SAME DAY. I washed the dishes before it happened. I could’ve just put on regular nail polish for that result … the second nail started chipping the next day. This is unacceptable and unfortunately I don’t have the time to go back and get it fixed. The guy who did my nails started filing them again after all the layers were on. I think that was a mistake because it caused the polish to chip at the tips and it also made my nails super sharp and I keep getting caught in my hair. I really don’t recommend this place. This all cost me $50.

I went to there shop today and got mine gel full set and my gel pedicure and my bestie pedicure and gel full set. We get there and there prices states gel full set are 40 a piece and pedicure we chose was 50 a piece and in stead of leaving paying 180 they over charged me 40 dollars because of “shape” and “gel” 20 extra a piece !!! Never in my life have I spent 240 in a nail salon this place had to be the dysfunctional nail salon I have been to not to mention three of my nails are sticking up towards the sky!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I recently visited Luxury Nails and was thoroughly disappointed with the service. The staff were unprofessional and seemed like they would rather be anywhere else. The salon itself was not clean, and the ambiance was far from relaxing. The quality of the manicure I received was poor, and I was left feeling like I wasted my money. Additionally, it felt like the owner was stingy with money, which reflected in the overall quality of the experience. I definitely would not recommend Luxury Nails to anyone looking for a pleasant nail salon experience.

I’ve never written reviews but this time I was so mad. I asked the lady to make me a manicure ? simple shellac ( cheap one) but she suggested to get a gel one ( expensive) cause it’s Standing more, and I guess I need to go back again to remove it. So I was okay with that, cause I was going to the vacation, but after 4 days my nails were all gone ( ( I mean literally on 5th day my nails was like nothing on it… I was so upset((( I will never go back.

I came in on 03/23/24. The guy doing my nails rushed them and didn’t even try. He charged me $50 for these horrible nails. They look very unfinished and cheap. I asked for almond shape and for longer nails and he did the complete opposite. He was rushing my nails and was being rough with my nails. I’ve been to many salons and this one has been the worst one.

The more I look at these the more upset I am that I paid so much for nails that look absolutely horrible.
I made an appointment based on a friend of my saying she loved this place. Me, not so much. For $130, I am more than disappointed to say the least. I just had these done this past Friday, Feb 16. Honestly, press on would have looked more natural and I would have saved $120. Just a bit upset that I wasted that much money.

Excellent place and excellent service, the lady works very well and is very fast and leaves your nails beautiful and what you expect, you relax in the massage chair. And in truth, your nails last too long and the color does not come off, it does not get damaged, very beautiful

I used to enjoy coming here, especially to see Johnny because he used to be so friendly and funny. Over the past few years things have changed here. The customer service has become quite short and not detailed. It seems like I am rushed and I receive the bare minimum attempt to my manicures and pedicures, even though I tip well. I don’t complain for the service just get my cut rate service and go. But what makes me the most upset is that I see numerous other customers being treated how I would expect to be treated, and was a few years ago…..for the same services? For this reason I have decided to go to another place. My nails and feet are usually always in excellent condition when I come and I am an agreeable customer. What gives!

Got my nails done here because my Normal nail shop was closed due to holidays. Lady was very rude. Pulled my arm. Was very rough when removing my acrylics and even hurt my nail in some places. Nails were not even painted all they way and hardness left around my nails. Worst experience ever I did not feel welcomed her and made to felt like I was a bothersome. Definitely not worth $95 for a full set of acrylics that aren’t even the shape I asked for. She stated multiple time my nails where to small. I can get the same set of nails in dip for $65 at my normal salon. I definitely won’t be going back here. Not a welcoming environment.
Update also I got them done Monday it’s Friday and already 2 have come off

The atmosphere was very unwelcoming. The lady who did my 5 year olds pedicure did not have a good personality. When she would speak to me or my daughter, her answers were very short. When I asked if she works with children very much, her response was she does not and she prefers to do adult nails instead of kids. She was a little too rough when working on her toe nails. The place was dirty. While my daughter was getting a pedicure, water started leaking out into the floor. Do not recommend this place to anyone.
