Terrible service, terrible work ethic. Poor selection of installers. The value of the work is not worth it. Pay a little more for better work, service, and experience. I will never shop at Lowe's again.

Our washer just stopped working after 3 washes and no one picks up the phone. They'll pick up and put us on hold or go back to the main menu. Terrible!
