This place is awful had covid and homeless auction all my stuff nursing certification family pic from 1920s dad's air force papers. I have no pic of my family. My mom died and had a beautiful quilt she made me. The manager told me she would pay the bill she wouldn't let me lose it. Well this was heartless and I am heart broken every time I think about it want to cry got nothing and will never be the same.

The office manager was very welcoming and always helpful. The facility is highly maintained and well managed. If asked I will recommend it to friends.

Renting the unit online was easy and didn't take very long maybe 15 minutes if that. The manager at the local storage unit is a wonderful person and I would recommend the Bowling Green unit to anyone.

Used Storage Sense the last 2 summers to put my college dorm stuff in that I couldn’t take home. They are so great! My stuff was kept super safe, it was close and convenient, and the customer service was always wonderful anytime I had questions or needed help. Definitely consider here if a college student and looking to store your things!

Deserves 0 stars but that is not an option. I was a renter for 2 months. NEVER AGAIN! First off, I was never issued a gate code the entire time I was there. Second, no one is ever there! When I finally had enough and decided to clean out my unit, there was no on on site to inspect and close out my account. I even waited for over 2 hours on a Friday afternoon and watched over 10 other customers attempt to enter or reach a worker on site. I spent multiple days trying to get someone there. When I finally got someone on the phone, they actually tried to get me to pay another months rent because I didn't give them 10 day notice!!!! There is no one there to give notice to!!! Do not, I repeat, DO NOT rent here. This is a funnel scam. They have no problem taking your money over the phone or online. But they can't close an account that way, only in person. And there is never anyone there! I'm also reporting to the BBB as local chamber of commerce. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
