I really appreciated the prompt shuttle service getting me to my doctor appointment on time & back to the dealership quickly afterwards. And the technicians were very efficient - car was done by the time I returned to the dealership. I was kept informed by text of everything going on. The coupon also came in handy!

Not a good experience from the start. I've had to bring my GMC Acadia Limited in 3 or 4 times for issues with the rear air condition. Each time it's magically a different part of the system and ranges from +$500 - ~$1,600. You can imagine my disappointment after bringing it in a few months ago for it to still be blowing out luke-warm air when on 65 degrees, and the fans a full blast. Surprised again by another bad component and a $1,400 bill. When calling Leachman, we 1) couldn't get ahold of anyone, 2) would talk with Brent? who would need to follow up with the technicians for days without response to us, 3) when asked to speak with a manager could not get ahold of him and he would not return our calls, 4) then would just get an updated bill without communication, forcing us to call back in. We were notified on a Friday that it would be ready the following Tuesday, and when we showed up Tuesday it wasn't even ready and wouldn't be until the following Friday. Leachman should honestly be writing off this whole bill as a basic customer service consultation because they really need it. I've lost complete trust in the service department ability to accurately troubleshoot, identify, and resolve this issue, and GM's ability to produce a mid-sized SUV with a functioning rear AC system.
What's worse is that after I paid the bill for this last visit, my 2 year old son still has to sit in the back and sweat because it's still not working. I paid over $900 for nothing. Ridiculous.

Client facing staff was friendly and courteous. Completion of my service was delayed due to employee being injured but I was compensated with a discount for the extended wait time.

I didn't care for the fact that I was left waiting after my truck was finished. I finally had to go ask about it only to see it parked in the parking lot. I was on a schedule and willing to allow the time allotted but the extra time made me late for work.
