We are due to have a second snowstorm this week and only one lane open..I had to go to self check out and my scanner messed up twice.had to ask for help..ridiculous! I felt sorry for the lady who had to watch several scanners. Kroger customer is lacking. The clerk can be nice but one lane open with packed store.snoestorm... read full comment
