Worst customer service in all of Bowling Green. Walked up to pickup window at 12;54. Needed a standard antibiotic tablet prescription. Said they are working on it and I can pick it up after they close for lunch . This is not Mt first issue. A number of times it has taken 2 days to get a typical prescription filled. Sheldons is a much better pharmacy

They closed their drive through 20 mins before their scheduled break hours and it took them 10 mins open afterwards. Not very convenient, especially on weekends.

A vast improvement since the expansion. If you can't find what you're looking for in the store then it must be extremely esoteric.

This place used to be great, never would have complained, but now it's not and it's been going on like this for at least half a year. I get COVID changed the game of business in the world, but honestly when it comes to something as important as handling medication to help people's lives, anyone who isn't a trained pharmacist here dosn't seem to have any familiarity with medicine.I wouldn't mind the apparent high turnover rate they have as it's never the same person at the window for me, but my mother and I have had problems here with many things from lack of notices on refills, getting unwanted refills on old medicine even though I asked a few times to take them off, trouble getting an answer on the phone, assuming more expensive payment methods instead of logical ones, unusually long wait times, having to re-communicate situations every single visit due to misunderstandings, being told incorrect information treated as fact (quantity of prescriptions for example, partial filling of medicines due to time or insurance constraints is a complete nightmare.)And worst of all, is the attitude I've felt I've received as if there is impatience with dealing with me at all even if I try to be as cooperative as possible and have very basic questions or requests. I never feel the questions get answered. For an extra nail in the coffin here for me is the change of the automated phone system to be integrated with Kroger's departments. It's awful. I'd much rather use numbers like the old system rather than voice only, and it is painfully slow and repetitive, interpreting things wrong and asking about meds I don't even take anymore. It thinks you could be talking about any department in the store. Can't tell if they're overworked and understaffed, don't know better, or maybe just don't care. It's a shame though.

Was told by cashier they didn't have Sudafed 12 hour which I bought there recently and then lied to about not having it since 2011. As I explained I had just bought it here a manager above her interrupted and rudely repeated what the cashier had said. I wasn't being rude and don't deserve to be treated rudely either.

Extremely poor customer service. Totally uncaring about customers. While supply issues are a problem these days and beyond control, how a business deals with it says everything. My medication is on back order, I called about it and was told to go see my doctor for an alternative. When I explained I am traveling internationally on different time zones as well as working (a pilot) and it is nearly impossible to be able to reach my is both nearly impossible and quite expensive to coordinate a solution to the pharmacy issue.I was told by the Kroger pharmacy that it was not their problem and they had no interest in helping. So it is evident that Kroger lacks any interest in customers beyond taking their money, and lacks any professional dedication, empathy or caring.

(Translated by Google) There is a vaccine, but only by appointing. Why do you need appointing if the three of you are standing there and you have nothing to do ???(Original)Вакцина есть, но только по аппойнтменту. Зачем вам аппойнтмент, если вы втроём там стоите и вам нечего делать???

Online shopping. We have recently tried out Kroger and a couple of other stores and Kroger got it right. Also the website for shopping is pretty easy to use, and the time estimates for when your order is ready to pic up are realistic for the current situation. I would rather have an accurate order than a sped up one. Thanks Kroger.

They are out of my meds most of the time.i had a stroke last year and I am on several meds. I called 2 prescriptions in on Thursday I have called about them twice.i called again today they said 1 would be ready after 2 and they had to order the other one. My husband got there at 2:30 he texted me at 3 and it still wasn't ready. He finally got it after 3. Not a happy customer..
