The first time going to this store, I went to get cornrows and the lady that did my hair did a really good job with my hair. I have 3A hair and it lasted for a whole month.The next time I went here, I scheduled an appointment for the 2nd at 3:30 pm. I waited and waited for 6 hours and I rarely got service. When the lady that did my hair last time was there, I had no problems, she wasn’t there this time and I had issues waiting and got no hair braided. There needs to be more stylists bc this is ridiculous.

This place is horrible. My son had an appointment and waited 5 hours for braids and they NEVER did them. Finally just left at 9 pm and he was crying.I feel that because my son is light skinned they were racially bias towards him and took other people who came after him and kept on saying he is next then taking someone else. I feel they never had any intention to do his hair. My son is also disabled and braids are the best way for him to manage his hair.

The experience from Amber (owner) was by far excellent! I went for a few items to support Black Owned business! Can’t wait to get my locs at the salon next door! Y’all looking for great recommendations make sure you stop by and shop. Also don’t forget about the salon next door! They do pedicures too!

I had been looking for a natural hair stylist for a while, and I was very happy to learn that K’Nai Salon specializes in natural hair. I saw Amber Jefferson and felt like she cared not only about my style outcome but giving me enough information to maintain my hair in between appointments. She tested my hair porosity, and we discussed upkeep. For my first appointment, I got a blow out and trim, and I look forward to exploring more styles soon.

Very nice environment. They do all hair types. They offer a wide range of services, as well as men's hair. Pedicures and manicures. Scheduleand walk-in appointments. The beauty supplies store is right next door to the salon. So convenient. Very professional stylists. I will definitely be using their services from now on. Thank you Brittany for a job well done.

Absolutely loved the quality of Her work!! She loves her job and saved my daughter from a crazy hair day on the first day of school, already scheduled my son to get his hair braided and faded!! Excited to see what they do with his mess!! Lol!

Great spot for a one stop place.. they have top of the line products that are affordable. Very comparable to a big city beauty supply store with friendly and knowledgeable staff .. the stylist are up to date on hair trends and products..
