Me and my parents have used Farm Bureau our whole lives, we've never had an issue until moving to BG. Now a sink hole appeared in their back yard and NOTHING is what they are willing to do!! Worst I've ever heard of with what this company is able to do or NOT do anything is more like it! Your an insurance company I'll find my parents a better alternative to KY bowling Green Farm Bureau.

I'm picking a middle of the road rating because it's only recent events that have led us to question remaining members. We first joined Kentucky farm bureau when we bought our first house in Kentucky and we're thrilled with a customer service and the price point. After the tornado of 2021, we had several difficulties getting the damage to our house covered and it has left a bit of a sour taste in her mouth. We are now at a point where the response is more what we would expect from the Kentucky farm burea we knew in 2008, but I will have to update my rating and review when everything is settled and the final bill comes in.

Came in to get a quote for for bare minimum basic liability only car insurance, was given a questionnaire asking very basic info about your car, name, and current coverage. when i was brought into the office i was asked no questions about if i used my car mostly for pleasure or business, if my car has anti theft, how long i had been a driver, if i had taken any drivers ed courses or if i had any speeding tickets. of course none of these questions were factored in to my quote or was just plain out wrong and was given for a driver that had no prior accidents a spotless almost 7 year driveing record and used my car mostly for government business and some personal a ALMOST WHOPPING $1,900 FOR ONLY 6 MONTHS, that is $3,800 a freaking year for the most basic liability insurance. i pay more than half with my current provider Tennessee Farm Bureau. and on top of all that i felt like they were wanting me to get me out the door ASAP due to me comeing in 1 hour before they close. I will never recommend Bristol West Insurance Group or Kentucky Farm Bureau to anyone.
