I do not recommend getting your ring resized here. Each time I took it to get resized, each employee told me I was a different size, sending it back 3 different times to get it resized. When I got it back, there were scratches covering it and it was bent. I sent it back so they could fix this issue and the ring returned even more bent. I do not recommend sending your ring, you will be left disappointed each time.

Worse jewelry store ever, got a ring for Christmas and then had to take it back to get it sized within 2 weeks. When I took it to go do that they couldn't even find my receipt in their system after we stood in line for 20 minutes. They gave us a promise date of when it would be available for pickup and a day after that date I had to call them to check on it because they hadn't reach out to me. When I called them they had no idea where it was or when it would be back. So a week later I called again and it was ready for pickup but again nobody bothers to call and notify me if that. And finally after getting the ring back it looks like a completely different ring and not the one that was sent in to resize. By far the rudest customer service and worse buying experience ever. They list my business completely and would not recommend that store to anyone ever. They deserve a no star option.

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Kay’s in Bowling Green. On June 24th we dropped the ring off to get resized. We were told it was going to take 10 days. When about twelve days went by, we called asking where the ring was. We were told it wasn’t ready yet. Time passed and we kept calling. We were told that it just wasn’t finished yet, then after several weeks we were finally told the ring was lost and Kay’s was working on a claim and/or finding it. Finally, after a lot of frustration and many calls we were told a new one would need to be ordered and it would take a few weeks more!Just last week, we finally got a call from Kay’s stating the ring was in!! Except, it was still the wrong size and would need to be sent off to be resized. Again.Just yesterday evening Kay’s called to say the ring had come in and was the correct size. Today marks 95 days of Kay’s having my engagement ring and I just was able to pick it up!! I’m so happy to have it back. It’s a lucky thing we weren’t going to get married quickly.Throughout the entire process we found Kay’s very difficult to deal with. They would not return calls well. We got the run around when we asked questions, and we were told to “calm down” when we expressed anger over the situation. At no point did Kay’s ever offer to actually do anything.We most definitely will not be purchasing our wedding bands from here which was our original plan.

I’ve ordered 4 items from this company. Made the best memories and Lowkey my gf was jumpin when I get her this stuff. I know it’s pricey because it’s “Kay” but it’s worth it. She flexes her stuff to anyone who ask and everything I’ve gotten her has always been better than someone else’s. Sounds rude but it’s just a honest review

I have had bad experiences with this store. Staff have an attitude, not welcoming at all. They ingebore you and didn't even ask! GOshShe asked me everything about my birth date and SSN after I swiped my KAY card. I have to swipe my KAY card multiple times. Then I bought a watch, and I returned to buy a diamond earring for my mom after shopping around at the mall. The staff in this store are something. Even the other guy who checked out ear rings instead of explaining things to me, tried to talk to other customers about the gym and fitness. The staff in this store have this kind of judgement and attitude.
