We are so impressed with the service department! Unfortunately, I purchased my vehicle from Wyatt Johnson in Clarksville, and it has been nothing but a headache. I have a safety issue on my vehicle, and Wyatt Johnson can’t get me in for over three weeks. I called Jim Johnson, and they offered to get my Santa Fe in that same day at a time that was convenient for me. We will remember the care and concern Jim Johnson’s service department showed us and make our vehicle purchases from them in the future.

I have been working with Ben (and other staff) for the past year or more with the issues I was having with my engine. I must sing the praises of Ben , who so graciously showed concern for my issues and exhibited patience when I was stressed as we worked thru them. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and stuck with me thru it all. I am so appreciative. Because of people like him, I will continue to do business with this dealership.

If you need any work done on your vehicle, you need to connect with Ben. We had car break down 3 hrs into a 15 drive. Ben provided peace during a very stressful time. He is very knowledagble and will go the extra mile. I can’t thank him enough for his help and guidance.

I would not recommend to buy a car here. I purchased my vehicle at this location, and one month later it needs new engine replacement. It will cost me $10k to replace, which is not worth it. Will never buy a car at this dealership anymore.

I just like to say that the service manager at Jim Johnson Hyundai was awesome friendly and so kind and she knew what she was doing call her about a problem I was having with my Hyundai and I told her what was going on I was figuring to have to wait at least a week or so before I could get in but to my surprise she ask me if I could be there before 8am the next day that was amazing in it's self long story short she got me in like she she and had the problem
fixed in just a little while so I know where I am going back to everytime I need my hyundai serviced and I would recommend them for all your Hyundai needs

I have to say if you are looking for a new or used car you have to go to Jim Johnson Hyundai and see Michael Melton or the other Michael. He is the used car sales manager. Great people in there, they go way overboard to please the customer. A must to place to go first and you will not have to go elsewhere.

My daughter went to trade in her car and bought a used beauty. The sales person, I can't remember his name, but he was amazing, sweet, attentive and gracious. Very nice clean amenities with TV, coffee, water and snacks while you wait.

I am very disappointed with their service department. My parents had brought in their brand new car with a tire problem. They were not helpful in getting it fixed and covered at all. They even told them to just drive with a bubble in it back to Florida. After charging them a crazy amount for a tire, they forgot to put the center cap and stem cap on the new tire. They had to go back the next day to get everything they should have done the day of the appointment. When they got home, their dealership submitted the claim this dealership should have done.

Terrible service, dealership will not perform a major safety recall on a 2018 Genesis G90 because they “do not have a special tool” that is not even required to do the recall. The recall is for an oil feed pipe that drips and leaks on the exhaust manifold and puts the vehicle at HUGE risk for a fire. We cannot have the vehicle sit for weeks and the service manager will not even give us an ETA on the special tool they allegedly need to do the repair. We are going to risk driving it to another dealer due to the experience we are having.

Great experience buying a new '24 here late last month. Joe helped me do everything over the phone, as I was at work 4 hours away. Not only did he send photos of the vehicle as it was unloaded from the truck, he gave me updates on cleaning and readying the vehicle. I began the 4 hours trek after getting off work, getting to the dealership almost 30 minutes after close. Joe and the finance manager were very nice and helpful, despite me keeping them their after close. There were no hard sales pitches for extra products, and Joe has reached out multiple times after the sale to check on me and the vehicle.

Bought a brand new vehicle from them in 2018, which was delivered with parts not attached correctly, coincidentally parts related to the trim level I wanted and they failed to delivery correctly the first time. That leads me to believe they may have intentionally sabotaged the vehicle out of spite. Now they have just ripped my elderly father out of $5000 due to a botched transmission repair, with the car now stuck out of town, with JJ refusing to tow it back to correct their mistake. Stay away.

I went here to just browse and was helped by Joe Cordova and he listened to my needs and shay exactly I was looking for and even stayed over. He got me into what I wanted and even after has checked in and answered all my questions. Was happy and satisfied.

I brought my Hyundai in to be serviced. They kept it for over a week and quoted me $630 to fix it. Didn't even answer my phone calls half of the time and when it came time to pick up my car they said they actually did not fix it. That it needed more work that was now going to cost $2800 on top of the $630. They didn't even know if it would start or where it was parked when I asked them. As expected it did not start. They also ran my car COMPLETELY out of gas.So I paid $630 for an oil plug and a cover. At $155 an hour I would expect better. I am highly dissatisfied and feel like I've been scammed. I will never do business here again. Nor will I ever buy another Hyundai. It didn't even last a year and had multiple recalls. Massive waste of my time and money.
