“Best insurance I’ve ever had. I had switched to downs and they helped me with making sure I had enough coverage. Need replacement insurance. I had total loss with house fire. I had checks coming in before I knew what I was even gonna do. Year later I Didn’t hear from the adjuster for a bit I called Downs and they made a call and called me back with a number with my new adjuster the other one had quit. He truly goes above and beyond. Right after we moved back into our house after the tornado, David stopped by to drop off some paperwork, saw rain water filling up in the plastic sheeting that was basically our ceiling, and spent about half an hour helping us drain it and making sure the tarps on what was left of our roof were as secure as they could be...all at like 8:00 at night.
