The roads are bad due to snow. My husband on his way home from work. I called to see if they had pimento’s so that hubby can pick them up on his way home. The lady that answered said she didn’t know what they were. Then she proceeded to tell me she was the manager!!! Imagine a manager in a grocery store not knowing what pimento’s are??? As I described them she said really quick “Yes” ok first she didn’t know what they were now she has them. I ask to speak with someone else and she refused. I called back to speak to the real manager and she says she is manager. I did tell her I didn’t believe she had them and she proceeded to say they had one jar and if they got sold there would be nothing she could do about it. Wow! What are the chances that the pimentos are even there. Great customer service STEPHANIE!
Maybe it would be smart to hire a manager with good HR skills and knows what pimento’s are.

I don't buy dairy products from this store unless I absolutely have to, why? Because they keep all their dairy products, including milk in an open refrigerator unit and it sours quickly, as well as sour cream, yogurt and others....put the sodas in those open units and the dairy in closed refrigeration units. Otherwise the store is awesome and clean.

This store is always staffed yet so many empty spots on the shelf. They just stand around and gossip at the cash register. I have tried to be patient with them but I will never return here.

Bought one of the Mr. Fog E-Cigs. Didn’t work, hadn’t been out of store for 2 min and went in to swap with a working one and they told me no. $17 and had to throw it in the trash.

Very small for an IGA. You have to search for a little bit to find what you need. In terms of service, expect nothing short of an average gas station. The location is probably the only notable quality worth listing here. I'd only go here if you forgot a few things from the grocery or you need a rest stop.

Not accessible hours, would do better if opened earlier. Store clerks should also not stand at the register making it look open and then give customers a snarl when they try to come in 5 minutes before
