“The staff were very pleasant. The hotel has definite age, but it has either been well maintained or updated. Location is off of an access road of sorts.
I booked the 1 queen 1 bedroom suite. The room was clean and spacious. There were a couple spots on the wall that needed touch up and a stain on the carpet. The chairs/furniture made of cloth were soiled. Tub shower-Good water pressure. There was a weird smell in the hallway. The kitchen had all of the basic necessities to cook. Full size fridge. Garbage disposal didn't work. Kroger is a block away across the street. (Bring Your Own Coffee!) I'm not a coffee snob by any stretch of the imagination, but it was nasty. No free breakfast, but free coffee downstairs. Again, BYOC. Close to MANY testaurants, stores, and Greenwood Mall.
Smaller TV in bedroom. Poor a/c airflow in bedroom. When the door is closed. Only 1 nightstand but had a desk and chair in bedroom.
The lending locker and the game room were super cool although I didn't use either. They had a grill and patio area in the.back.
I didn't have a reason to give it any fewer stars, I just wish it were a little newer or displayed less wear.

“Clean rooms and bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay - not a lot of options but everything tasted good. They played Zelda piano music so extra points for that! I only spoke with the front desk once but the guy was very friendly.”

“Overall, the front desk staff were wonderful and the lobby is a great place to hangout. Whether you’re in town to see the university or looking for good company, Hyatt Place is the spot for you. The continental breakfast is fantastic, some of the best I’ve ever had. Be sure to try to French toast sticks! Would return just for this!”

“We had the King Bed Suite and it was very large and comfortable for our multiple day stay. It had a wonderful pool (it was 98 degrees the days we were there). I also did 2 laundries while I was there and the laundry room was very nice (bring quarters and detergent). I would definitely stay there again if I was in Bowling Green. It is on the main road (Scottsville Road) and there are many stores and eateries on that road. The Ramada Inn also had a restaurant attached to the hotel which was convenient when we didn't want to go out.”

“Check in and out went great. We travel quite a bit hotel is well maintained rooms were clean bed comfortable. Great value for a stay. We paid a lot more for similar rooms.”
“The only hotel I will stay in when I’m traveling this way ( which is pretty often ) . Great price , great rooms , and great staff. I stayed here two weeks ago and then again last night. They have renovated a lot just in that two weeks. It even smells good . Their toiletries were surprisingly nicer than I expected . The rooms are great , clean , and beautifully decorated . It has a pretty big mini fridge , microwave , and coffee maker and I love their breakfast . It’s a simple spread for breakfast but with quality items. My expectations were exceeded at this hotel especially for the price . The main reason I chose it was because they take debit cards or cash . I don’t even own a credit card so finding a nice hotel that takes debit cards is actually really hard to find. They do require a $50 deposit at check in but I’ve never had an issue with getting that back . Most hotels that take debit or cash are run down or questionable but this one is just as good as the rooms you pay over $100 a night to stay in. The front desk staff is always great and friendly . I just had to write this review because when I needed a hotel really late , I relied on reviews like this to steer me in the right direction . I won’t go anywhere else but this hotel now I loved it. Thank you to the owners for giving us a great place to rest for such a good price and convenience.”

“The room was good the breakfast was very tasty and the pool area was very clean. Everything we went and did was in driving distance.Rooms: The room I stayed in was very nice. There was a beautiful bathroom, and had very nice furniture.”
