I honestly can’t believe I just paid almost $14 for a sandwich I could have made at home and a small drink/bag of chips. It was okay, nothing special and definitely not worth $14.

The two women were rude to me, which is funny because the guy who was in front of me got amazing customer service. So did the woman who came in after me. There was only one difference between them and me, and that’s skin color. It couldn’t have been an attitude issue on my end because I approached the register in a friendly but curious manner since it was my first (and last) time in the store. The sandwich wasn’t any better than one I could make at home. When I saw all the Tik toks about HBH popping up, they were given fancy chips while this store had little fun size bags that are sold for a quarter at Walmart and cans of soda. Bad customer service plus mediocre food equals no return trip for this girl.

3.7 starsUpdated review: stopped in for lunch at about 12:30 pm and out of most food options.. chicken salad, ham salad.. croissants. 30 minute wait for sandwich when another couple walks in and gets there's before mine. Ham sandwich was good. Chicken salad had little taste so get the chips instead.Original review: For a lunch spot it is pretty good. Went with chicken salad which I like the cranberries (I think) in the salad for the little sweet. Croissant was very good and fruit salad was fresh. Prices have gone up due to inflation. Staff was attentive and place is clean. Good quiet place for a bite during lunch.

Absolutely delicious sandwich. I've tried several and enjoyed them all. But what really does it for me here is the speed that they get my sandwich done. Not to mention the people that work here are friendly and accommodating. Fast friendly service. Nice clean tidy place. 5 ⭐️

Honey Baked Ham Company is one of my faves. The sandwich I had from this location was not the best. The croissant was dry and it just didn't seem the same as I've had at other locations around the country. Still not bad.

I stopped in for a ham for Easter and got a club sandwich for lunch. Awesome flavors! Pricey but to be expected with the quality of the meats. I would recommend and will return.

I ordered an Easter ham with all the sides for our family. I am disabled and depend strictly on my husband for help. He opened the turkey gravy tonight and it was not sealed when he took it out of the original box container. It spilled everywhere. It was 5:44. He called the store and was told they close at 6 pm. He took off out the door. I called them and was passed to the owner, Jane, she said we close at 6…and I ask if someone could please be on the sidewalk at the front door just to give it to him, and Jane again said we close at 6. I think when you have a 72 year old man, which I told her, who has just paid well over $100.00 for your dinner package this morning and told basically what no one cares that the seal on the gravy was defective for your family dinner is poor service. I would have never treated my customers in that manner when I ran a business for 20 years. When he got there at 5:57, they started to ring up the gravy and he said your not going to charge me are you? And the lady at the counter said yes..we didn’t package it… he told her Honey Baked Ham is on every side we ordered including the gravy. Jane also said we didn’t package it and finally pick up a box of gravy and tossed it on the counter and said give it to him. Rude customer service for a business. Thank you Jane for absolutely nothing in the way of customer service.

BUYER BEWARE! Ordered a ham from them for Thanksgiving. The line for pickup was horrible! They gave me a ham that was way more expensive than the one I ordered and did not provide a total or receipt at checkout because they were so disorganized. I didn't realize until we cut into the ham that it was the more expensive bone-in ham. Checked my bank statement, and sure enough they soaked me for $109 instead of the $60 to $80 ham I ordered. I have a feeling they did this to a lot of customers. Shame on you!!And shame on you for horrible management of your holiday order pickup! They know how many customers will be picking up holiday hams in advance, yet they are understaffed and I had to wait 1.5 hours in line to pick my order up. They are slow and unorganized, despite having many years of experience doing this. This will be my last visit due to their complete disregard for my time as a customer and overcharging my order.
