“So easy to transfer policies with Justin after we moved to Bowling Green! There was an issue with Allstate's website where I requested an appointment online and got an email confirming the appointment, but Justin never got the notice we were coming in. However, people in the office still got us squared away so quickly when we showed up. I would recommend just calling the office instead of booking something online.”

He truly goes above and beyond. Right after we moved back into our house after the tornado, David stopped by to drop off some paperwork, saw rain water filling up in the plastic sheeting that was basically our ceiling, and spent about half an hour helping us drain it and making sure the tarps on what was left of our roof were as secure as they could be...all at like 8:00 at night.
