I only give the 2 star because the tech support guy helped me. Long story short. I ordered the wrong terminator kit. I shipped back no big deal. Once my money got released. I called and spoke with a lady over the RMA department. She informed me the kit I wanted was out of stock. I replied it shows in stock online. That's why I'm calling. She proceeded to tell me it's on backorder and was rude that I even questioned her. I said I'll call back later. Called right after I hung up to tech support. He verified the kit I needed and I asked was it in stock. He said yea it'll ship today. So I ordered. Got the kit 3 days later. Pathetic on RMA department. No reason to be rude because you can't do your job.

After a trouble-free year with my Holley dash for the Terminator X Max, I removed the screen to work on the HVAC system, ensuring not to interfere with the Holley wiring. However, upon reconnecting the screen, it refused to power on. Sent it in for repair, only to be told that they couldn't fix it because the screens are not repairable. Now stuck with an $800 paperweight and a car lacking a functional dash. Extremely Disappointed with Holley's repair service.

If you want it right the first time don't order from Holley directly. Literally every other order I have placed has had problems. The last 2 orders I placed I received the wrong carburetor and someone else's order. On top of that, they want me to pay to return the wrong items before I receive a refund. I should have just ordered from Oriley's. At least they can be held accountable. What a joke.

Ordered a ls swap kit for a 03 Mustang just for the part to come damaged, and now they want me to wait more than a week to get my money back instead of just sending me a new partThis will be the first and last time i deal with you guys. I should have stayed with Summit and LMR

Hours online and over the phone are stated to be Saturday 8am-2pm. Arrived to find doors locked at 11:30am. No one picks up the phone either. Disappointed.

I swear every time i order something from these guys i always get the wrong stuff. Just received a 500 + order and in that order i got 4 corners markers for my truck. I ordered 2 ambers and 2 reds. I was sent 3 reds and 1 amber. They even sent the red one in a amber box how hard is it to correctly pack an order and ship it out.

Holley aka Flowmaster was really unprofessional, no regards for anyone's schedule. They ship out a week late!!!! Everyone's better off with magnaflow!!!Never again!!!! Jobs a week late thanks to Holley's laziness!!!

The terrible reviews initially scared me from ordering from them. Regardless of them, I ordered a set of Halibrand Tesla wheels from them and they sent me 3 correct wheels, and one incorrect fitment wheel that also had some damage. Return/Exchange process involved emails and some confusion on my end but at the least they did end up sending me the correct wheel, and gave the proper refund. It did take awhile but it wasn't too bad. I also called them and they never answered, putting me on hold -- at least the email return process worked. All the wheels ended up being great quality though, looked beautiful and so far no issues.

Never awnser the phone don't pick up at all sit on hold for two hours nothing no waiting time emailed them never responded at all was just trying to check on and order status and switch payment options but now the parts not coming most likely for a big performance place this is sad and disappointing as hell they finally picked up but had to redirect me and sat on hold again for another half hour

Got my parts, well some of them! Everything is dented; Fenders and door. All sticking out of boxes wrap a little on some messed up pallet. I said don't come to late they said 9-5 they I called after 5 said don't come in the dark, the kind lady said, anything else and hung up on me. And what happens they show up close to 7 pm leave the stuff on the driveway with my kid in the dark. Got home time to take a look and door is completely dented fenders are so tore up from sliding around unwrapped and turned them in on the edges. I really expected more. I never even got a confirmation from Holley or the order number until I called many times and she sent me a screenshot of a number. When I called back to check on it again a couple weeks later she said I have to just wait for most of it until next year. They didn't wait until next year to take the full payment. I still have not been able to reach anyone about this.
