This is the most amazing pharmacy I have ever had in my life, so much better than all of the major competitors!!! The staff are wonderful. They are so caring and they actually remember my name when I go in there!! Stacy is absolutely great, he works hard to get all my medications quickly, and he’s very effective!! If they don’t have a medication in stock, 99% of the time they will have it by the next business day. Like I say, they are pretty amazing peeps!!

The pharmicist and they didn't check whether it was there or not. Then I went there again and they still didn't check and I never got my medicine. Some times they changed the medicine that is like the original medicine I needed, but they didn't give me the thing I needed. I also felt like I didn't get the customer care I needed!

This Pharmacy and their team go above and beyond to take care of their customers. As a mom of a little one, we are getting prescriptions filled often, and I love using a local pharmacy we trust!

They used to be a good pharmacy but last three months or more they changed their medicine I’ve asked him stop giving me the medicine they’re doing and go back to what they had but they won’t do it and they know one of the medicine is breaking me out real bad I don’t know if anybody else has had this experience or not but I am tired of it I talk to my doctor this week about it and she said they’re getting cheaper medication somewhere and they know better what they’re doing

Used them many times before and they have been super helpful and nice with all questions and concerns. But today when I called 1. To order medicine. And 2. With a question about delivery. Both times** “hello can I help you” with an immediate attitude as if she did not want to be there. Okay miss ma’am sorry to inconvenience you at work was how I felt. Never the less didn’t say anything. As someone who works in customer service I understand both sides and know even if you are having a bad day or stressed you do not treat a customer as though they are an inconvenience. And if they weren’t having a day and that’s just how they treat people then they should be fired. This will be my last transaction with them. I would love for someone to explain why I was spoken to like I was today. When I have never received anything but love from springhill.

Love the staff, just relocated here and they set me up to get my medicine all hassle free, love working with local businesses they seem to care more then the big chains. Thank you Springhill Pharmacy glad to see your still in business after the terrible tornado that rocked our town. God Bless and thank you.
