“New store east to find whatever your looking for. They have a dog wash station that looks really cool. I will have to take my brat lab mix there for his next wash.”

I was wanting a Case knife, and like always, they had a great selection, great prices, and very friendly workers who assisted me as soon as I walked in the door. His patience and willingness to help my mother and sister with a new washing machine was unparalleled. They are a bit challenged and he showed them respect and true gentleness, even in what became a difficult situation. “You know what I say Ace is the place and I got to say this was the place they were able to help me find an old fuse to put into my main fuse box so that we can get power back to the house and they did a really good job helping me find it so I can get back get the power on and get some heating house cuz it was really cold without that fuse. But also point out a few other things to help me along the way and I think all the representatives there for assist me.”

“When I arrived at Lowes in Bowling Green, Ky., I went to the Garden Center. I needed help on a water fountain pump that I purchased last year from Lowes. When the gentleman first started helping me, I thought he was very unfriendly, as he continued to help me, he became friendlier and helped solve my problem with the water pump. He did great! Kudos to kind and helpful employees! It makes me want to shop more at Lowes!!”

“I stopped by Ace Hardware to grab a sprinkler part. The staff was friendly and knew exactly what I needed. The store’s layout made it easy to find things, though the selection is a bit smaller since it's a smaller location. Prices were a little on the high side but not too bad. The place was clean and well-kept. If they’ve got what you need, I’d definitely recommend it—great people and quick help”
