Terrible customer service! Special ordered a big toolbox, I was told on a Thursday to come and get it on Friday. Friday when I get there they won’t let me have it because they’re “understaffed” and can’t open the back door up. Multiple people in line including a friend that I bumped into even said they’d assist if all they would do is push it out of the door. The manager was a weird sour faced purple haired jerk that obviously didn’t care about her job in the slightest. They were very rude and hateful about the situation so I refunded my profit and got my box elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone!

Only gave one star because I couldn't give a zero! Cashier Dillian was extremely Rude the store open @ 0800 we were 2mins early door was cracked open my husband step in to ask the opening time as only holiday hrs were posted on the door. Dillian yelled at him to get out and shut the door my husband Said what time do you open? Dillian yelled get out. Talked to shift mgr who was not helpful no apologies. Could have been handled with we open at 0800 In 2 mins. District will be notified. Very Rude it you hate your job that much Dillian quit!

If you are like me and susceptible to impulse buying. Bring someone who can tell you no or stop. Every time I go in to buy 1 thing, I walk out 100 dollars over my budget with 51 new items. Great store, always clean.

The worse one I've been to. Item we wanted wasn't in stock and although we were waited on, they were clueless and seemed to be preoccupied with personal matters it seemed. We felt like we weren't important as paying customers at this location. They made no effort in trying to get what we wanted?We simply went to another store and it was complete opposite. Got what we needed on the spot.
