We have taken our dog there for various things, from shots to nail trimming. Great place. They really care about your animals' needs.

Easy to get an appointment, took us in right away, mindful and friendly staff, and very customer service oriented with our pet's well being coming first. Prices are about the same as anywhere else.

EDIT: The vet clinic did reach out to me, apologized for the experience I had as well as the incident that occurred with another dog coming into the room we were in. He did also apologize about the inconsistencies in the pricing when I was given an estimate over the phone and the actual price of the visit and applied a credit to my account to make up for it. This in my opinion this was extremely professional, and after talking with him over the phone I would very munch entertain bringing my dog back, at least just for a check up. Just for how polite and apologetic he was.
Please do not take your pets here. The staff were polite, but could not control the animals in their care. My dog is leash reactive. They knew this BEFORE my appointment, but still knowingly left the door to the room open, allowing another aggressive dog to ambush mine. Thankfully, unlike the staff member that allowed this, I was able to control my dog to avoid a very serious fight. My dog was also given the wrong vaccine and I was charged and made to pay for a 3 year Rabies that I did not agree to, and I explicity asked for the one year only. They quoted me a woefully incorrect price over the phone, and I ended up paying 4 times more than I was told that I would. Overall just a very poor experience that I hope the staff involved can at least learn from. I will not be returning and I hope that everyone else heeds my warning, because if they would allow a dog to barge into a room with a known reactive dog with the owner right there, I worry about the kinds of things they allow when there is not an owner present..

Very friendly and professional. Makayla helped me at the front desk and made the experience stress free! I knew my cat Barr was in good hands.

Great vet. I bring my Granddog here from Henderson. I would rather drive 100 miles to go here than take him to a local vet. My daughter got him in Bowling Green while she was earning her Masters degree from WKU. Awesome service and care.

Our sweet 2 year old pup was very anxious to be at a new vets office, but the vet tech Lindsey and Dr Price both did their best to make her feel safe and comfortable. Dr Price sat in the floor with treats and talked to her until she felt comfortable enough to approach. Dr Price did her exam quickly with no added stress to our girl. So happy to have found them at Greystone .

This vet is awesome, highly recommend! My dog ripped one of her nails half way out and was bleeding pretty bad. Called Greystone and they got her in right away and took care of her. The staff is very friendly.

I took my dog for annual vaccines and everything was excellent. They asked me the things I wanted and I was specific if this didn't and I always ask the price of all lol. They did everything What I asked for and the doctor is very kind and pleasant. I am happy with the attention they have given us. And I asked the doctor a question I had and I was satisfied with the answer if my dog really needed that or not.

What a wonderful first experience. Everyone we encountered made us feel very welcome, and made our pup very relaxed. The vet & vet tech were so easy to talk with and answered our questions with practical ideas. Our last vet in Bowling Green would not allow owners in the exam room and in 2 years I never met the vet, and never felt welcome. The pricing for an annual physical and the various vaccines was very reasonable and about $100 less than our last vet.So glad that our neighbor recommended Greystone Vet hospital.
