It seems impossible to have a prescription called in to a local pharmacy. This is the second incidence in a few months where I’ve had to call more than once to have a prescription called in. After expressing my dissatisfaction today with it not being called in yesterday as promised, I was assured that it would be called in today. We’ll surprise surprise, it still hasn’t been called in. It’s time to find a more reliable vet at this point. Frustrated!

Short wait time friendly helpful staff and Dr Stevenson is a must at any animal clinic I feel I made the right decision taking my pet to her for treatment again.

My family went there for years...They lost my cat while boarding there and did not inform me the night it happened. I cam back and they had my pups but my poor kitty was gone. We never found her unfortunately.

I had taken my cat to a different vet and was starting to get desperate because I wasn’t getting any results! She went from a very motivated eater to not eating or drinking at all and throwing up multiple times over night! I decided to pull her out and bring her to greystone immediately because of word of mouth and I was really worried!! I’m so glad we did!! I’m so grateful for Matt and this wonderful team who took such great care of my baby!! It’s been two weeks and she’s doing great! I know I probably drove them crazy, but they were very helpful throughout!! I will be taking her there from now on! I thought we were going to lose her and now it seems like she’s back to her normal self!! And thank you to Matt for taking the time to keep me informed throughout the whole thing!

Fairly priced veterinary clinic. My grandmother has gone with Greystone for several years for her three dachshunds. I recently accompanied her for a visit to find out what was wrong with her female Baylee. The diagnosis was prompt; turned out that 8 year old Baylee has some degenerative disks and mineral build up that were causing her a great deal of pain. For x-rays and prescribed pain treatment, I felt the cost was fair. I'm thinking of switching vets myself after that level of professionalism!

We adopted a dog from St. Louis and because we drove 4 1/2 hours the rescue made an exception and allowed us to adopt a rescue that they had just rescued a week prior. We fell in love with the dog and you know when you know. We told the rescue that we would absorb the medical cost. Our baby had a human tooth in his front leg from someone trying to eat him alive. Well we knew about Malachi so we brought our dog to Greystone and it turned our to be the worst experience. The vet Dr. Paxton had his x-rays and the only thing that he said is that they were a part of our dogs records. I would call because it came to a point where my dog would cry from pain all the time, his leg had become so infected and still to no avail nothing from Dr. Paxton. We were ready to pay any price for our baby. We were referred from a lot of people who met our dog to take him to Dr. Denton. We did just that and within a week our baby was having surgery to have the tooth removed. Yes, Greystone did wonders for Malachi and it brought much recognition to them, they have a beautiful building and the prices are not cheap but my dog was going to bring much recognition if any to Greystone therefore he wasn't going to receive the care that Malachi did. Dr. Dentons building is small but sufficient and my baby received the best of care. If it wasn't for Dr. Denton and his care and concern for my dog my baby would of crossed the bridge by now. I don't recommend Greystone to anyone unless you are looking for a high priced building and not much in the sense of animal care.
